Boca Chiropractic Spine & Wellness is one of the most professional doctor’s practices I have ever been to. They run on time. From the moment they meet you it’s a very pleasant engagement. They have all the modalities to help you on your health journey and several doctors on staff to insure you get treated quickly. One of the key people there is RiAnn, the care coordinator, she is also the business representative. She is very knowledgeable in musculoskeletal issues and their correlation to the spine. She is the best soft sell professional out there. Don’t blame her for being good at her job. The intent is to get you into a consistent and defined path to spine health.One visit won’t cure years of neglect. I was lucky to draw the founder, Dr. McNabb, and he was excellent in understanding my physical limitations and working around them. This last time I was there, I was suffering from severe neck and muscle spasms in my shoulders, and after one adjustment in the cervical spine, that was painful he made the wise decision of saying I cannot treat you. We gotta bring the inflammation down. To me that is very ethical Medicine. It would have been a torture session and potentially dangerous to continue. I fully intend to return to book a chiropractic and Spine because I believe they are the best in my area. This is in no way a paid endorsement. 11/10 I started with intense back pain. I went to another Chiropractic Clinic. I signed up for the extended treatment plan. No results. My PCP referred me to a spinal pain Dr. Prescribed pain meds. No help. I was bent forward. Could barely walk. I was referred to an Orthopedic Dr. I was on Facebook, which I never am. I saw Dr McNabb’s post. I got a wicked vibe. ?? I got goose bumps. ?? I made an appointment. Boca Chiropractor did X-rays. Dr McNabb gave me a Decompression and Chiropractic treatment that 1st day. I felt relief . Didn’t try to sell me anything. Dr said “ please make an appointment, we will go over your x rays and design a plan to help you.”I did. 10 treatments later. I am a new man. Honest! I look forward to my visits. Please, please please, go there!

Incredibly professional experience! Dr. Matt and his team do a good job of approaching Health from an overall perspective and improving quality of life. I have less headache, headaches, and my back feels a lot better and I received nutrition education from science based research!

Dr Matt is amazing, all the doctors actually. I really look forward to every Tuesday and Thursday. I can’t forget the front staff and Sam is actually delightful. This is a practice you will feel welcomed and at home. The place is super clean and they have all the necessary equipped to get you feeling better in 2-3 months
