Okay yall I’m horrible at leaving reviews but I wanted to give credit where credit is due. Week before last I was so riddled with sciatic/back pain I couldn’t get out the bed or off the floor. I had to rely on other people or crawl in pain anywhere around my house. I have had a known bulging disc for two years and have done physical therapy and chiropractic care multiple times with major relief but never feeling like it was ever completely gone. I finished my last treatment course in November and was doing okay with continuing exercise at home until this incident. I of course had been putting off going back to services due to time constraints, busy life,parenting, lack of sitters, etc but had no choice after speaking with my ob who recommended finding a Webster certified doctor or physical therapist. So goggled and found @Roots chiropractic care in Beaumont Texas off Major Drive and yall I tell you he fixed all my troubles on two visits. Today was my third visit and I’m still pain free. The office is polite and even before my fist appointment when I had to reschedule due to pain last minute he called me personally and offered advice to make it through the weekend. They have worked with my schedule and there hasn’t been a wait yet. On second visit, he even presented you with a hand written card. Just wanted to offer another resource for busy moms needing care.

I am so thankful I decided to book an appointment here. Everyone was so very nice and professional, very easy to get in contact with and schedule, and good prices. My pain and issues have already improved from just a handful of adjustments, and I’m very pleased with the knowledge and plan Dr. DeBettencourt has made for me. Highly recommend!

Love everything about this place!!! I can’t recommend this place enough! The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about the people they serve. Their values and beliefs are evident in the way they treat others, which made the whole experience even better and is important to me personally. The service was excellent, and very efficient—I get in and out quickly without ever feeling rushed. If you’re looking for honest, friendly, and quality service, this is the place to go!

Roots Chiropractor is amazing! The sweetest staff and the most knowledgeable team. Dr. Tanner is incredible and takes the time to hear your concerns and specialize your care specifically with his X-rays. He sits down and goes over everything before ever starting treatment. Also love they have red light therapy and take more of a holistic approach than most in our area!

I had such a great experience here! The office staff is super friendly and made everything really easy from scheduling to check-in. The office is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. This was my first visit to a chiropractor so I was nervous but Dr. Bebettencourt was awesome—very professional, took the time to listen, explained everything, and make me feel comfortable. I left feeling so much better and honestly just really impressed overall. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a great chiropractor!
