The staff has been kind, gentle and attentive thus far. I just started going but saw Dr. Cathy 20 years ago and she helped me so much. Looking forward to the same results with this sweet staff.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Get Off My Nerves Chiropractic in Baton Rouge. The customer service was unprofessional from start to finish, staff seemed uninterested in actually helping or answering questions. Communication was terrible, and I often felt left in the dark about scheduling, treatment details, and next steps. I've called to reschedule twice and both times they didn't answer the phone. To make matters worse, their cancellation policy is vague and poorly explained, yet they’re quick to enforce it when it benefits them. As a veteran, I find it especially disheartening to be treated this way. It’s a shame this is how they choose to treat those who have served our country. Between the lack of respect for patients’ time and the unhelpful attitudes, I can’t recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality chiropractic care.

Get Off My Nerves Chiropractic was introduced to me years ago but I had not utilized their services for over a year. The business is easy to see from the road. Parking can be tight because of the amount of businesses in the shopping complex. The waiting area is welcoming and clean. Staff greeted me promptly and were friendly. Staff guided me through their customer-focused, computerized system of check-in for my one hour massage with Ashley. Ashley was on time, friendly and easy to talk with about my health concerns. The massage room was tidy and comfortable. Ashley was knowledgeable and patient with me as I was in pain. I have had hundreds of massages in my life-some for relaxation and others for health problems. Ashley has the medical knowledge to produce results for those suffering with health concerns. Contact GOMNC, get more information and mention my name .
