Dr. Shifrin is the best! I have had the worst upper back, shoulder, neck pain for several years: I was unable to sleep in one position for too long, I was constantly massaging my shoulders from pain, I was unable to sit comfortably without feeling a dull chronic pain. After only a few adjustments, I was finally able to sleep sooo much better in my bed. So it wasn't the mattress; it was the chronic pain! The progressive improvement is unbelievable! After all these years, the pain has drastically decreased. Dr Shifrin is super knowledgeable, answers all your questions, and helps you understand the root of your pain. The best!
