Dr. O’Brien has helped my 2 month old so so much! Since we have been coming she is sleeping through the night and her spit ups have declined a ton! My whole family has brought their kiddos here and it has been amazing! Alexis at the front is so so sweet and makes the whole experience so welcoming! Def continuing to come here and recommend to friends!

10/10 experience with Dr. O’Brien for infant torticollis! My son is now able to move his neck freely and have surpassed his milestones after being seen here. Easy to schedule and quick adjustments! A big plus is the great office staff- both Dr. O’Brien and Alexis are really personable and nice to talk with. Deff recommend :)

My kids say- Can we give them 10 stars? I told Dr O’Brien that healing happens the moment you walk in the office. My oldest son and I went through Dr O’Brien’s recommended care plan and are now on his maintenance plan. The results for both of us have been more than what I expected. I didn’t fully understand the power of chiropractic, especially for those who are neurodivergent. But it has fundamentally shifted both of our nervous systems. Most notably, my son told me, “Mom, you know all those bad, worry thoughts I used to have. I haven’t had those since we started seeing Dr O’Brien.” He recognized the change in himself and begged to continue maintenance once we were done with the care plan. The thing that sets him apart is the he focused on the care of the mom as part of the care for the kid. Moms, this will not just be another place where you are overlooked. He sees the mamas and prioritizes their health, even when it’s hard for them to do it themselves. I’m not speaking in hyperbole when I say- I cannot recommend Dr O’Brien enough. I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Colton O'Brien and Alexis! Dr. C, as I like to call him, has helped me tremendously. After having a cervical fusion done as well as thoracic outlet surgery, I was scared to allow chiropractors to touch my neck, leading to an increase in stiffness, pain, and even numbness in my hands. My range of motion has vastly improved. I know I need surgery on my low back, but under the care of Dr. C I've been able to improve my mobility and decrease the number of days I'm in pain. While I still have room to improve, my nervous system has slowly begun to reset and calm down. It's such a joy to walk into the office and be greeted by Alexis. She exudes joy and you can tell she really enjoys her job. Dr. C also sees my doula clients, helping with pregnancy aches and pains and keeping mommas in alignment for better birth experiences. He even sees their babies once they're born because, let's face it, birth is tough on everyone. Gentle adjustments can help with their digestive tracts, latching, sleep, and overall well-being. Investing in my health has been one of the best decisions I've made. Aren't you worth it, too?

I cannot recommend Trinity Life enough for prenatal care, postpartum care, infant care… all stages of care! Chiropractic care was a total game changer during my pregnancy and has worked wonders for our baby boy so far Dr. Colton truly cares for his patients and tailors each appointment specific to your needs. Not only does my body feel better but so does my nervous system. I feel much more regulated now and leave each appointment better than how I walked in. Same goes for my baby boy. We brought him to his first appointment at 4 days old and been coming weekly ever since. He melts in Dr. Colton’s arms and is such a happy baby afterwards. The office is welcoming and you feel special and cared for every time you walk through the door Also, Alexis is a blessing to this office! She cares deeply for everyone who comes in, truly tries to get to know you and quickly becomes a friend. I love catching up with her and Dr. Colton at my appointments I’m beyond grateful for Dr. Colton and Alexis at Trinity Life.
