My experience at Gratitude Health Spa is always wonderful. I feel relaxed and taken care of from the moment I walk in, until I leave. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my needs!.

Getting the actual treatment was great but I had just gotten out of the hospital from sepsis so I have tremendous brain fog and they couldn't accommodate towards it while trying to pin the blame on me with corporate speak. Felt like I was being pushed away considering they've been in business for as long as they have so I feel like they're used to certain issues. The invoice was sent to my spam and I didn't notice so they didn't send me a reminder for my next appointment or even that the invoice was sent at all but I had paid it the moment I saw it. Then they confirmed the appointment an hour after it was over rather than the day before or the morning of after I had explicitly asked for reminders because of said brain fog and they had agreed and couldn't fit me in for a new appointment for the same day. I have a business of my own so I recognized a lot of language used over the phone call that I finally didn't appreciate and honestly with the stress I'm just a bit more neurotic about missing a hair removal appointment. Not planning on going back and sorry if you get more negative reviews beyond my own, I have a sizable following online and they seem to be getting upset at my behalf.

This is an incredible place. They are not here simply for the money. They truly care about their clients. I have never been to a chiropractor that is as competent and knowledgeable.
