I had such intense back pain I couldn’t walk. I couldn’t stand up straight and I was in tears thinking this was just the way it was. I prayed and stumbled across Coastal Chiropractor. I thought what do I have to lose? I’ve been dealing w this for months and couldn’t figure out why? Made the appointment, got in immediately! Went in saw Dr. Vancampen and he went right to the source of pain and did dryneedling. I immediately stood back upright and could walk out of the building with no nauseating pain. The utmost in professionalism and knowledge. What a God send!!! I’m literally in happy tears. Thank u thank u thank u. Lilliana. 😊❤️❤️❤️

I work in the medical field and hands down they know customer service! Definitely 5 stars!! Would have said 10 stars if that was an option!! Everyone is so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I trust they will take great care of me. I will be referring my family and friends here for care. So glad I found this practice!

Came here with my dog who is a senior. Only the second place in Wilmington I have found that does animal chiropractic. However, let me just say this is the BEST place I have ever taken her. Dr. Kelly was so thorough, and we left feeling great about our visit. We will be back in a couple of weeks for another appointment. PS the office staff were all friendly and welcoming too!

Absolutely incredible experience! The front desk was so welcoming and kind and the building itself was very clean, spacious and inviting. Taylor was so sweet and Dr. Kelly is a miracle worker! She is so knowledgeable and definitely the best chiropractor I have ever been to, BY FAR! I wish I could give more stars for this establishment because they are truly the best! 100/10 would recommend :)
