I had no issues with the providers. While the adjustments and massages did not help my condition, the providers were knowledgeable and professional and always looking to improve the experience. The selective incompetence from the rest of the staff stressed me out to the point where I would rather find other solutions to the pain then deal with them. Down to one star after seeing the note that the incompetent office staff sent to the VA. At no point did I scream, I said that I was done with your lying to get out of having to do your job, which I did catch you doing twice. Just a reminder, since you wanted to tell the VA that you won't accept me in your office anymore: I stopped going in February, I told you that I would no longer be a patient and it was 100% due to the selective incompetence and laziness of the office staff. You aren't the ones refusing me as a patient, I refused to return after my last visit.

I know there are all types of chiropractic and massage principles, techniques, and general practices shaped by culture, time and experience. I am not a part of that world enough to know all the nuance. As a craftsman myself, I know that you don't need to be in it to be able to tell when someone truly cares about others and about their craft. The skill and technique practiced at Back in Motion are just what I need. It might not be right for everyone. However, of the staff that I am familiar with and gotten to know, Gina, Lian, Jenny, Carrie, and Michael. They are all focused on providing the very best, service, support and genuine care. They are always willing to go above and beyond to support someone in need. I think this says a lot about their culture as a team and how they support one another. So, if you're unsure if they can help you, all you have to do is communicate about what it is you're going through and they will literally bend over backwards to figure it out.
