Being an acupuncturist myself, I am very selective on where I go to receive my care. Well, I did it. I found the PERFECT place. Novella was very kind and was very gentle with their needling. I really appreciated her care and compassion and my pain reduced significantly after her treatment. I have dealt with chronic pain and have had other acupuncturists treat me, but Novella’s care was exceptional. Ritual Acupuncture is truly a hidden gem in Vallejo. I’m so grateful I found this space. As a hairstylist for over 15 years, my shoulders and arms take a beating. I’ve seen Umair twice now for stretching, and he is incredible. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and somehow knows exactly how to move and stretch my shoulders and arms in the most effective way. The relief is real. What I appreciate most is that he also gives me practical techniques to do at home between visits which makes such a difference in my day-to-day work behind the chair. Today was my first visit with Dr. Moninder Chana for acupuncture, and we added red light therapy and cupping. She took the time to really understand my body and what I need. Her professionalism and attentiveness made me feel completely at ease. I walked out feeling supported, aligned, and deeply cared for.
