I'm in my 40's. I was on my feet waaay too much one week in December between being in charge of a Christmas party for over 150 people, then doing a ton of yard work the next day, then spending the entire following day on my feet in high heels, then the next next day running a Rug Doctor cleaning carpets and car upholstery, my back was toast. I got a pinched nerve in my back. I went from being able to walk 20,000 steps in a day one week to not being able to take a shower, wash dishes, or walk around a store. I couldn't hardly walk or stand on my feet without being in excruciating pain. I waited for two months to see if the pain would go away on its own. It didn't. Finally I Googled "Chiropractors" and found Cassabona Chiropractic with a 5 star rating. They got me in quickly to be seen for my initial visit. They X-rayed me. And a few days later they diagnosed me. I bought a package of 24 visits. They taught me the exercises I needed to do at home in between visits. I immediately started feeling slightly better, but after about 4 months of exercises and regular visits, I can say I am doing much better!!! There were days I wondered if I would ever walk again. I went from having to use the electric scooters while shopping to being able to walk around the stores without dying in pain. Today I walked across the U of A campus and back to my car, and around Walmart twice! My back hurts a little tonight, so now I have to take it easy. But I know that my health is heading in the right direction, and as I do my "homework" (exercises) and keep getting adjusted, I might be able to go hiking again someday. They have given me back my life! I can walk again pain free most of the time!

I wish I'd gone in sooner. My back has been bothering me for awhile, so I knew something was out of place. Dr. Mike was very thorough. I now know what is causing the problem and am getting relief and healing. The added bonus, was my neck that for years had lost mobility, and was somewhat stiff on one side. I had figured it was arthritis and something I'd just have to live with. I was shocked. My neck feels normal, and I am able to turn my neck all the way to both sides without a problem. Something I had never expected! Needless to say, I am very pleased. Dr. Mike is very thorough and knowledgeable. He takes time to get to the problem and knows how to take care of it.

I can’t express my gratitude enough. Since the first visit I felt at ease.,I was listened to . After my accident I needed that reassurance that someone understood what I was going through. Everyone at Casabona is so caring. They are not only adjusting my bones they are repairing my confidence. God bless them all.

What a refreshing experience. I love the way everything is presented. The Drs take their time to make sure your treatment plan and condition is explained in very understandable terms. Everyone in the office is friendly and inviting. I also love all the equipment. Once you get your adjustment, they have the traction machines and exercise equipment to complement the adjustments. If you need a Chiropractor, I would highly recommend them.
