After a year of battling a herniated disc, trying multiple physical therapists and even going through a microdiscectomy, I had nearly given up hope of getting back to the life I loved. That all changed when I started seeing Dr. Vid in the summer of 2022. What sets Dr. Vid apart is the combination of deep knowledge and genuine attentiveness that I simply hadn't found anywhere else. From the very first session, he approached my case differently. He picked up on the most nuanced details of form and movement patterns that others had missed, and took the time to actually explain the root causes of what was going on in my body, not just treat the symptoms. He built me a thorough, step-by-step plan tailored to exactly where I was in my recovery, and evolved it as I progressed. Every session felt intentional. I never felt like just another patient, I felt like I had a true partner who was fully invested in getting me better. He's also not someone who simply patches you up and sends you on your way. He gave me the tools and the understanding to take ownership of my own recovery, homework to do between sessions, cues to be mindful of, and a growing sense of confidence in my own body that I hadn't felt in years. The results speak for themselves. Long flights (once completely off the table due to back pain), hiking, weightlifting, snowboarding - things I once thought were behind me for good are all a normal part of my life again. I'm not just pain-free; I'm thriving. I am immensely grateful to Dr. Vid and cannot recommend him highly enough! If you've been struggling with chronic pain or recovering from an injury, please make an appointment. It could genuinely change everything.

If the rating has an infinite star category, I would give it to Dr. Vid! In the early summer of 2024, the spasms around my shoulder and front pec have gotten so bad that I decided to hunt for another doctor who might be able to find the root cause of my issue. I hoped to find someone who could “fix me for good”, and not merely manage the symptoms with a revolving door. I have had this type of muscle cramps and muscle lock up for over 30 years. Occasional body massages or chiropractic visits would relieve it for the day or two, and then the problem would come back. It got worse in my mid-thirties, where the muscle group along my right side of the body from shoulder down to my hip would lock up, limiting my range of motion and causing me to limp. Before seeing Dr Vid, I saw three chiropractors, three acupuncturists, one naturopath, one osteopathic healing art practitioner, one nutritionist and countless body workers. All of them helped more or less. The numbers of unresponsive muscles groups decreased, but the spasms still come and go. I couldn’t predict when the spasm would occur nor do I understand the trigger. All of this changed after I started working with Dr. Vid. His diagnostic sessions identified the problem area and he explained what caused my muscles spasms – from a series of soft tissues imbalances. We started to work on instilling correct body postures for a variety of daily activities. Each session, he starts with checking the state of the body, then releases unresponsive muscles with Active Release Techniques, then adjusts the spine. After that, we step out to his training area to strengthen specific muscle groups with exercises, and followed with electrical stimulations. Before the end of each session, I get my “homework” to do at home, until my next session. By ~6 weeks, I understood and learned a variety of techniques to counter my spasms, and they worked! As the treatments went on and I continued with “homework”, spasms became rare occurrences. Dr. Vid further identified how other body patterns was affecting my shoulder. His treatments felt like a whole body rebalance and reintegration. As I now approaching almost one year of treatment, I have a stronger core, and a sliming waist instead of a boyish waist. My posture improved with open chest and shoulders down. Kettlebell swing and Turkish get-ups along with specific isolation exercises are now part of my fitness routine. Amazingly, I found them extremely complimentary to yoga practice. Dr. Vid is not a standard chiropractor, who “cracks” you and get you out of the door. I get his full attention for 1 hour and 15 mins. My sessions evolved from fixing acute problems to tailoring training to achieve my fitness goal. I now view him as my “very upscale wellness doc/coach”. I can discuss and set goals with him, and he helps me navigating the path. Contrary to what one might imagine him as a drilling sergeant, he is very understanding and compassionate. He meets at where I am, not where he wants me to be. I am extremely grateful that I found him. I don’t know anyone who practices chiropractic care this way. I feel very empowered knowing how to deal with my own body.

I have been struggling with hip pain for almost a year. I have been trying several approaches but wasn’t able to get ride of my pain. After few sessions with Vid I felt significantly better. He was able to put together a functional approach that includes everything needed in a structured way in order to get successful results and find root cause of issues. He meticulously did comprehensive tests to figure all problematics area and checked the status of my spine and hip through x-ray imaging. I like that approach as it allows to be sure about what’s going on without speculation and confirm the right path to follow. His approach includes various massage techniques, chiropractic adjustments, stretching strength and strength exercises. I am able to fix my issues generated by years of office work. As an athletic person doing high intensity sports his approach also allows to get to the next level and having my muscles work together in more efficient way and also breathing more efficiently as I workout. His treatment helps my body to function in a very powerful and efficient way and brings together what an athlete needs to get to a higher level. He is also helping to improve strong foundation so the body is more resilient to training. Working with Vid is really life changing and addressing deeply my needs without a gap. Working with Vid requires to do the work needed at home and during sessions also constantly showing up the appointments. I look forward to more results as we continue to work together.

Dr. Vid gets you back to doing what you love - but you’ve got to do the work too. After a significant fall that left me with limited mobility and daily pain, I knew I needed more than just quick fixes. I wanted a provider who would help me understand the biomechanical root cause of my issues, not just treat symptoms. Dr. Vid Jindal absolutely delivered on that front. What sets Dr. Vid apart is his multi-modal, evidence-based approach. During my initial visit, he performed comprehensive movement assessments that revealed patterns I never knew existed. As someone who works in tech, I appreciated how he explained exactly what each test indicated and how different movement dysfunctions were contributing to my pain. His extensive certifications beyond his DC degree (ART, Graston Technique, SFMA assessments, and more) were immediately apparent in how thoroughly he evaluated my condition. Here’s what you need to know going in: Dr. Vid will be completely upfront that lasting results require your active participation. This isn’t a “come in twice a week forever” situation - it’s a corrective/functional care program where the real work happens between visits. I’ll be honest, initially I wasn’t thrilled about adding exercises to my daily routine. But Dr. Vid serves as both coach and advocate, helping you understand exactly why each movement matters for your long-term health. The results speak for themselves. Even with me admittedly not completing my “homework” 100% of the time at first, I noticed significant improvements in my upper body mobility and reduced extremity pain within just a few sessions. As I became more consistent with the at-home exercises, our progress accelerated dramatically. What impressed me most is Dr. Vid’s commitment to education. Every session includes both hands-on treatment for soft tissue dysfunctions and spine/extremity adjustments, plus time spent helping you understand how to prevent re-injury and maintain your progress independently. Unlike providers who just want to cycle you through, he’s genuinely invested in getting you to that “state of ready” where you can live actively and pain-free. If you’re someone who wants to take an active role in your recovery and values understanding the “why” behind your treatment, you’ll thrive here. Even if that’s not your natural inclination, Dr. Vid’s realistic approach to setting expectations and his genuine passion for patient education make the investment worthwhile. Bottom line: a few months of focused work with Dr. Vid has given me tools and knowledge about my body that I’ll use for life. Highly recommend if you’re ready to put in the effort for lasting results.

I’ve been under Dr. Vid’s care for the past year, and he’s been instrumental in helping me regain strength and mobility after childbirth. As a new mom to a thriving (and *very* active) 99th-percentile weight baby girl, I quickly developed severe lower back pain and leg numbness from constant lifting. Despite trying massages and physical therapy, nothing worked—I even considered flying abroad for specialist treatment until I found Dr. Vid. From the start, Dr. Vid took a thorough, science-backed approach: careful examinations, coordinating X-rays for accurate diagnosis, and designing a tailored plan combining targeted therapy with strengthening exercises. When he asked about my goals—holding my growing baby comfortably and returning to long-distance running—he crafted a progressive plan that balanced challenge with safety. Thanks to his expertise, I’ve built critical strength without setbacks and am now nearing both milestones! Beyond his skill, Dr. Vid’s encouragement and professionalism made the journey empowering. I couldn’t recommend him more highly to anyone seeking compassionate, results-driven care. Grateful beyond words!
