I highly recommend Dr. Hernandez! I’ve been seeing him since he first opened his practice, and he has helped me through several different injuries related to weightlifting and long-distance running. Before finding him, I tried other options and treatments, but nothing seemed to give me the relief or results I was looking for. What I really appreciate is that he doesn’t just focus on treating the injury in the moment. He takes the time to understand what’s causing the problem and gives me exercises and stretches to do at home to help with recovery and prevent future injuries. As someone who is very active, that has made such a difference in keeping me healthy and able to continue doing the things I enjoy. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cares about his patients. I’m so glad I found his practice and would absolutely recommend him to anyone dealing with pain, injuries, or looking to stay active and injury-free!
