I went to Begin Wellness to have a neurofeedback brain map completed and discuss potential treatment options. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. After completing the brain map, they thoroughly reviewed the results with me and explained the available treatment options and associated costs. I especially appreciated that there was no pressure to commit to treatment immediately, which gave me time to consider my options and discuss payment arrangements externally. Overall, my experience was excellent. The team was knowledgeable, welcoming, and transparent throughout the process. I would gladly recommend Begin Wellness to anyone interested in neurofeedback or looking for supportive, professional care

Before moving back to CA I had the honor of being a patient at BWFW! Dr. Miller and his staff were always so welcoming and accommodating and really make you feel like you are family! Would recommend them to everyone in a heartbeat! 💓

TRY to get the costs you're expected to pay up front before signing anything...IF you can! They won't give information regarding their fees until you sign the contract. I couldn't even get a ballpark figure from them first; the front office is intentionally evasive about costs. There's no general fee schedule for different medical issues available for the patient; it's a big secret until after you sit in a private room alone and watch the "happy people" videos and "expect miracles," then see the smiling doctor afterward who presents a personalized packet of printed costs to you, up to $10k! Money to be paid up front before he ever touches you at all. I understand each patient's cost could vary a bit depending on their personal issue, but why the intentional secrecy? I felt scammed like I was at a used car lot being pressured and convinced to buy undercoating. I walked away. He might have been able to help me, I'll never know. I didnt trust them.

I was pleasantly surprised to see how my needs were addressed by Dr Collins. He reviewed my history and suggested a plan for me . He also told me how many visits I would be required to make. I would definitely recommend Considering the options available at Begin with Wellness

I’ve been seeing Dr. Collins for just under a year now, and every visit has been a great experience. From the moment I walk in, I’m greeted by an amazing front desk staff who are always welcoming and kind. Dr. Collins and Dr. Miller truly care about me, my family, and my overall health…. it’s much more than just a chiropractic appointment. They’ve helped me with my lower back pain. I played football and baseball growing up and had some minor injuries I didn’t even realize were affecting me until I started treatment. would recommend to anyone in the valley
