Dr. Crystal is extremely knowledgeable and definitely the best Doctor I’ve had in terms of managing the whole person. After a terrible accident in Silicon Valley she ensured that I had the MRI’s to get more data before treatment. She suspected I had some disc herniation after a physical. She was absolutely correct and I had no idea this was the extent of the injury. Two months later into being her patient, I am certain that I will have some recovery. I thought I would end up in a wheelchair! She is a life saver!
I recently had Cranial Facial Release (CFR) with Dr. Lauren Garcia at Custom Chiropractic, and I had a fantastic experience! The treatment helped me feel more relaxed, much better overall, and noticeably more energetic. I'm very grateful for her help and would highly recommend it!!
I went to Dr. Garcia for help with lower back pain, and I’m so glad I did. She really listened and cared about how my recovery was going. I always felt like I was in capable hands. I also tried Cranial Facial Release (CFR) and could tell a real difference afterward. I’m very thankful for her care and would absolutely recommend her.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing. My first visit started off on the wrong foot. I arrived about 10 minutes early, but still waited another 20–30 minutes before being seen. I understood that schedules can run behind, so I didn’t make an issue of it. The treatment itself was thorough, but unfortunately my shoulder pain returned within a day, so I scheduled a follow-up. Before leaving for my second appointment, I called the office to let them know I might be about 10 minutes late due to traffic. I was told that was completely fine, so I drove over. Traffic ended up being a little worse than expected and I arrived about 15 minutes late. While I was parking, I received a call telling me my 30-minute appointment would now be reduced to only 10–15 minutes because another patient was scheduled after me. What disappointed me wasn’t the shortened appointment itself—it was the lack of communication. If I had been told over the phone that arriving late would significantly reduce my treatment time, I would have simply rescheduled before driving a long distance. Instead, I wasn’t informed until I had already made the trip. I also found the inconsistency frustrating. During my first visit, I waited 20–30 minutes because the office was running behind. I was understanding. But when I was late—even after calling ahead—the flexibility wasn’t reciprocated. The staff were polite throughout, but the scheduling and communication left a lot to be desired. I hope the office improves how it sets expectations with patients in the future.
I originally came here following a minor car accident, but it turned out to be one of my most memorable experiences. Dr. Lauren Garcia was extremely passionate and kind every step of the way. She gave me at-home exercises that I still do to this day to help release tight muscles. I was surprised to learn how much my body could benefit from simple stretching. Coming here isn't just thirty minutes of silence while she adjusts you; every visit involves another meaningful conversation. The office is clean, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Mati and she is also fantastic. Dr. Garcia goes above and beyond to care for her patients, and it is clear that she is passionate about her work. One of the most interesting treatments she performed was CFR (ballooning). It was daunting at first, but I quickly realized how much it improved my breathing. I was finally able to sleep soundly. The most important thing to realize is that these treatments aren't a one-time fix; consistency is key, whether that means returning for another session or staying diligent with at-home exercises. If you want a chiropractor who truly enjoys their work and cares about your well-being, I highly recommend checking this place out.
