I am so grateful for Dr. Ho and Dr. Lim! They have rehabbed me through a shoulder injury, plantar fasciosis, and chronic muscle guarding/tension in my back, glutes, hips, etc. While they are great at what they do and have genuinely helped me move the needle, their bedside manner is what makes me excited to see them. I'm in my late 60's and play quite a bit of pickleball. I was on treadmill of minor injury after minor injury, on Injured Reserve more than half the time over the prior three years. Dr. Ho and his team have me off of that treadmill completely; I have not missed a day on the courts in the year since he has been helping. I'm way more flexible, stronger core, and not getting injured!
