This place exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly without being pushy, and the chiropractor made me feel comfortable right away. I appreciated that they explained the treatment instead of just going through the motions. The whole visit felt relaxed and professional, and I never felt rushed. It’s clear that they care about their patients and take pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Dr. Tam is exceedingly knowledgeable and his staff are very professional and kind. I had never been to a Chriopractor before, but it was a surprisingly very gentle and holistic process. The use of a Tens muscle stimulation unit was nice and non invasive, the ultra sound therapy was helpful as well. His adjustment was precise and he constantly checked in with asking if I was comfortable or in pain.

Benson Chiropractic is the real deal. Yesterday was my first visit with “Doctor Legend” A.K.A. (Dr. Tam) A gifted man on the top of his game. I was crippled the past couple of months with upper back pain. Some days worse than others. The positive energy and great vibes in his office and extremely friendly and funny staff, made my first appointment memorable in more ways than one. I woke up today feeling like a new man. Truly unbelievable and my back was easily, 80% less painful. I cannot believe that I feel so much better, after only one visit. I look forward to all my upcoming appointments with this great man. Our journey has just begun… Thank you so much ☘️

Dr. Benson Tam is hands down one of the best chiropractors I’ve been to. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything so you actually understand what’s going on with your body. He makes you feel comfortable, at ease, and in control during every visit, and has such a down-to-earth approach. His staff is also amazing—kind, professional, and very welcoming. The office is always spotless and well-maintained. Highly, highly recommend!

Very PUSHY sales tactics. I’ve seen multiple chiropractors in different parts of the world for the same issue, so I have a good understanding of the treatment I was seeking. I was perfectly fine paying the new patient fee and consultation, but the experience felt more like a sales process than a medical visit. First, the chiropractor insisted that I needed an X-ray. When I said I prefer to choose where and when I get imaging done so I can make an informed decision, he seemed surprised that I wanted that level of control over my care. Second, there was an attempt to sell me a lower back brace that looked fairly inexpensive and widely available elsewhere. I didn’t feel comfortable buying medical products directly from the clinic. Finally, when I was leaving, the front desk didn’t ask whether I wanted to schedule a follow-up. Instead, they immediately started listing open appointment times, which felt presumptive. Overall, the adjustment itself was fine, but the overall experience felt overly focused on upselling rather than patient choice and transparency.
