Dr. Matt is truly exceptional. His knowledge, wisdom, and genuine care for his patients are evident every time I visit. I’ve dealt with ongoing back and neck issues, and the care and treatment I’ve received from him have been phenomenal. What I appreciate most is that he takes the time to understand what’s going on and truly cares about helping you feel better. He’s also a man of faith and integrity, which means a great deal to me. I highly recommend Dr. Matt and his team to any of my friends, family, or anyone looking for a chiropractor who genuinely cares about his patients. I absolutely love this place!

The staff is amazing! I get adjusted twice a week and every doctor is very knowledgeable and friendly. The check in ladies are very polite and when I need to change my appointment because of my schedule they’re very accommodating. I feel so much better now that I’m in alignment. My job is very physical so I continue to get adjusted regularly to help stay healthy. Thank you True Chiropractic for being amazing!

Update part2: Company stated they would provide partial refund, refund never came. Update part1: The owner responded by hyping themselves up. My concern was never the equipment, it was the lack of upfront transparency about insurance coverage and the package-based treatment model before taking my $95. Felt gimmicky. I chose True Chiropractic based on a referral and because their website states they work with insurance and requested my insurance information upfront. I understand their practice focuses on comprehensive treatment plans rather than one off adjustments, and that’s their model. My issue is transparency. Had I known upfront that my insurance wouldn’t cover treatment and that care requires committing to a treatment plan rather than flexible pay-per-visit care, I would have made a different decision before spending $95 on the initial assessment. To make matters more frustrating, their X-ray machine was down during my first visit, making the appointment incomplete. It wasn’t until the follow-up call, when I asked if I’d be getting adjusted, that I learned adjustments don’t happen until after reviewing results and purchasing a treatment package. I respect their approach, but patients deserve clear upfront communication about costs, insurance coverage, and care structure before spending money.

From helping me recover from a gnarly ankle sprain to injured ribs, the doctors have consistently shown an incredible level of knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for their patients. You can tell they truly know what they’re doing and take the time to make sure you heal the right way. On top of that, the service from the front desk gals is always outstanding — welcoming, friendly, organized, and they make every visit a great experience from the moment you walk in. After 9 years of coming to True, it gets better every time! It’s our go to for potential broken bones, sports injuries, falls, sprains, post car accidents or even a crick in the neck from bad sleep! From ages to birth to 15 my kids have always asked to go there first and love the staff, the care, kindness, fun, wisdom and the outcome every time!
