Dr Piranios adjustments are very effective. He has helped me and my son tremendously with our back and foot pains. The front office girls are pretty awesome too!

I have been going to San Diego Chiropractic Group for over 10 years. Appointments are easy to schedule and if you have an emergency, they are very accommodating to get you in ASAP. Dr. Frank is my main man, but I also have seen Dr. Chu for PT and she is excellent! The staff is friendly and pleasant so you cannot go wrong with this office!

Dr. Piranio as many have shared is amazing - wizard of chiropractors and knows the why/how/what without my saying much! Glad I came in immediately and feel better after 2 days. This is the best chiropractic office I have ever been to! I even bring my mom. I have gone to chiropractors where they give you a “plan” for $5000.00 and Dr. Piranio fixed my back in 2 visits no upsells and now I go back only to stay in alignment! He is the best!!!!

I am so glad I was referred to Dr. Piranio. I like that he is thorough but to the point, which also means he is always on time! He is great, laid back, but very knowledgeable. I've only had 3 adjustments so far and I feel better than I have in a very long time. The office staff is awesome. I love that I can text them with questions or to make an appointment. My insurance doesn't cover chiropractic, but their prices for cash patients are very reasonable. The office offers so much more than just chiropractic, too. Highly recommend Dr. Piranio and his staff.
