Dr. Baar is amazingly knowledgeable, effective, and personable, healing my year-long, mid-back pain in a few months. No nonsense, quick treatment times. I highly recommend his services. It's so unfortunate that his ratings are being dragged down solely by office staff behavior unrelated to medical care. Sadly, many folks may be missing out on excellent treatment and pain relief due to middling ratings-I urge you to read them to assess Dr. Baar's outstanding professional care.

I was a new patient and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist, She was rude, unprofessional, and did not communicate appropriately. I also noticed several other reviews mentioning similar issues with the same individual, which makes it seem like there is a pattern. I followed up multiple times and still could not get a clear answer or a callback regarding the date I requested. Poor communication and customer service like this leave a very negative first impression. Because of this experience, I decided not to return. I’m sure other potential patients have chosen to take their business elsewhere as well. Management should really address these repeated complaints because customer service matters.

I was disappointed with the customer service at this office. The front desk receptionist, I interacted with came across as rude and dismissive, which made the experience uncomfortable. I understand offices, get busy but kindness and professionalism go a long way.

My phone calls always go unanswered, the lady at the front desk is horrible! I’m surprised she hasn’t been fired by now!

I'm sad to have to leave a 2-star review because Dr. Barr has been AMAZING. He is the first physician who has truly helped my headaches, and for that I'm incredibly grateful. If this review were based solely on him, it would absolutely be 5 stars. Unfortunately, my experience with his receptionist has been consistently negative from the very beginning. She has always been short, dismissive, and unfriendly with me, and I have observed similar behavior toward other patients as well. Today was the final straw. I received a text reminder for my appointment tomorrow, and the time listed was incorrect. More than two weeks ago, I specifically scheduled my next two appointments to accommodate my work schedule. Her response was simply that I would need to reschedule because "there's nothing we can do." She even admitted she may have made a mistake scheduling but said that even if she did, nothing could be done about it. Not once during the conversation did she apologize. Instead, she told me that if I didn't want to come, I was welcome to cancel. Her tone throughout the call was extremely rude, dismissive, and condescending. This situation is genuinely upsetting because Dr. Barr has helped me so much, but the receptionist's behavior has made me feel uncomfortable returning to the office. The person at the front desk is the face of the business and directly impacts the patient experience. Again, Dr. Barr deserves 5 stars. The receptionist deserves zero. I truly hope changes are made because patients should not be treated this way.
