Dr. Fudenna is the best! He is my go to chiropractor and always knows what is best for my bodies needs. Over the years he has helped me with lower back pain, an ankle sprain, and a rotator cuff injury and I am amazed how quickly my body is able to recover with his help. He listens to my concerns and gets to the root cause of my issues, which is something I greatly appreciate. His adjustments are precise and effective and I always leave each visit feeling my absolute best! I couldn’t recommend Dr. Fudenna more! If you are in the Salinas or surrounding areas, Dr. Fudenna is your guy!

Kody knows his practice well and has helped me get through some really really annoying upper back and neck pain. He is patient. Listens. He makes sure you are comfortable with the services. It can be a little nerve racking when someone is going to crack your body but Kody was super professional and put my nerves at ease. Highly recommend.

My wife, child and I have been seeing Dr Kody Fudenna of Apex Performance for the last couple of months and we absolutely love his skill level and ability to adjust us. His easy going personality and attention to detail have us feeling so much better. I have been seeing chiropractors for over 20 years and I can honestly say that he is the best chiropractor I have ever had the pleasure of getting adjusted by. He asks the right questions and then has you lay down on one of the best chiropractor tables I’ve ever seen. It has a motor underneath allowing him to find your hot spots and apply pressure by getting tight muscles to relax so that the adjustment goes well. The entire experience is just so good and satisfying that I can’t recommend it higher! So if you are feeling tight, sore or in pain in your neck, back, arms or shoulders - give Dr Kody a try. I think that you will be pleasantly satisfied with the results!!! Plus he has a clean office and takes most insurances! 10/10 Stars!!!

I cannot sing Dr. Fudennas praises enough! He was a key component during my 2nd pregnancy. I was experiencing intense lower back discomfort as well as nerve pain in my groin and all was alleviated during my care. Dr. Fudenna was successful with helping my posterior baby get in to an optimal position during the last 4 weeks of my pregnancy and even went out of his way to schedule a last minute appointment to get my 1 week old son adjusted after having some nursing difficulties due to some stiffness he had from birth. He is kind, professional, trustworthy and has nothing but the best intentions for his patients. Highly recommend.

The office staff was very helpful and professional and made me feel welcomed into their office. I went in to the office for an injury I had on my ankle and with the care of Dr. Kody I was able to recover quickly from my injury. With the adjustments and the at home care advice I was given my recovery went smoothly. I thank Dr. Kody and his staff for such amazing work, they all really care about their patients.
