100000/10 recommend! Came here while pregnant and with my newborn/infant son and he loves Dr. Jon! We started coming at 6 weeks and my only regret is not coming sooner! My son had issues latching and would rarely latch for more than a couple of minutes. After his very first adjustment with Dr. Jon, we walked out to the parking lot to load into the car and attempted to breastfeed and he latched instantly. He has been latching perfectly ever since! Dr. Jon has also helped tremendously with spit ups and regular diapers for my little guy! We couldn't be more grateful for The ALC team (Alex and Sara are amazing too) and will continue to come here as a family! Dr. Jon was an incredible part of my pregnancy journey. My baby was breech and I was scheduled for a C-section, but with his chiropractic care and support, my baby turned and I was able to have the natural birth I had hoped for! He also helped relieve so much of the musculoskeletal pain and discomfort I experienced during pregnancy, which helped me stay active and made a huge difference in my day-to-day life. Now my husband sees him as well for back pain, and he’s had great results too. Dr. Jon truly cares about his patients, takes the time to listen, and makes you feel comfortable and supported. We’re so grateful for his care and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate chiropractor!

This is my second pregnancy and I knew after my first that I wanted more consistent chiropractic care. It is worth the price and drive for me. I notice my pain and overall physique feels a lot better after getting adjusted. I also love that they are so people and kid friendly!! My 1 year old always gets nervous when I get any work done. They have a designated play area and sometimes the front desk ladies come to my station to play and distract my daughter while I get adjusted. It’s just the best place I’ve been to and I look forward to every week that I have an appointment. If you are considering visiting, do it. Please just do it!

I started taking my son to Dr Jon when he was just a year old because he was not a great sleeper. Dr Jon suggested I be seen too because as moms we forget to take care of ourselves. We are 3 year into our chiro journey & we love it. I have since started running half marathons & an adjustment made me feel better the next day. My son is always so excited to go to see Dr Jon. He makes sure to cater to the child, whether that means all the dinosaurs are on the adjustment table or putting an alphabet puzzle together. The office staff always make sure my son is entertained & taken care of during my adjustments. There are always so many fun events for the kids. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

Dr Jon and his staff are always so welcoming and friendly. We took our little one to Abundant Life for roughly 5 months and had the best experience. He helped correct our baby’s neck tension as well as his eating and sleep habits. Dr Jon gave many pointers on how to do home adjustments and stretches which also helped with our babies milestones. Such a great experience. I highly recommend
