Amazing experience at Crabtree Chiropractic! They got me in the day after my initial call, where they clearly laid out insurance and payment options. Sydney was super thorough with my intake and X-ray review, Danielle was an absolute fiscal guru helping me navigate costs and discounts, and Dr. Smith did a bang-up job with my assessment and adjustments. The whole team is warm, professional, and thorough. I couldn't ask for a better experience!

Can't say ENOUGH good things about this location and Dr Anderson. Originally started going 3 yrs ago for hip and lower back pain. Im able to just go once a month now to just keep aligned and feeling great. Last appointment I had been experiencing headaches. Dr Anderson was able to do neck and shoulder adjustments, like magic no more headaches. Thanks Dr Anderson for always asking, listening and then fixing. You're the BEST!

I hardly ever write reviews- but this one must be made! I will admit I have spent most of my life weary of chiropractors. I had an “eh” experience in my early 20’s and allowed that to cloud my thoughts and completely write off chiropractors. It wasn’t until this year when I finally got to the point where I was in so much pain that I decided I had nothing to lose, and decided to take a chance. I went into my first appointment already expecting it not to work. Wow - was I wrong! The morning after my first adjustment - around 2:30 am, haha - I woke up and realized I had zero pain. ZERO! For the first time in years. I had spent the past few years in pretty bad pain in my back, hips and neck. I was so shocked I excitedly woke my husband up 😆. I am still being seen for some nerve pain in my shoulder, but it is *so* much better than it was - however, my back, neck and hip pain is completely gone. I went from taking Motrin during the night, and day just to feel ok to nothing! Thank you guys for helping me! I am now forever a “believer” in chiropractic care and am forever grateful to you guys! - Kimberly Bockmann

I went to Crabtree chiropractic 20 years ago a saw Dr Werness who is no longer on staff who aggressively adjusted my atlas to the point that I saw stars & within 60 seconds started to feel my heart beating irregularly! When I expressed my concern that it was from the adjustment & told them that it would not go away & I never experienced this issue prior and it came on suddenly 60 seconds after the adjustment I was dropped as a patient & they refused to see me any longer. I suffered and suffered for 8 years! Doctors told me it was PVC’s & nothing serious was wrong with my heart, which does not matter because I could not function & care for myself! Then 2 years later my husband died & I had 6 small children to care for by myself; which I could not do & it ruined their lives as well as mine. (I will not go into detail all that me & my family suffered on here but it was severe) I finally found after 8 years an atlas orthogonal chiropractor who specializes in fixing the atlas and sure enough my atlas was all twisted and once it was all put back in place my irregular heartbeat stopped & is no longer an issue till this day. I’m leaving this review for a general warning to all who read it! I never left a review prior because they saw me for no charge because they knew a friend of mine who works at “with love from Jesus” but I feel it’s my duty to let others know what I experienced here. A free adjustment does not mean a good adjustment or that someone wants to help you out of the kindness of their hearts. If they were so kind (and they ALL seemed very caring & kind) then they should have fixed the problem they caused instead of dropping me as a patient & sending me out the door with my X-rays that literally meant nothing to me since I could not read them! I had seen them on and off for at least 6 months & never had any issues with my heart until Dr Werness did that aggressive adjustment on my atlas & I was seen by all the chiropractors at the practice on different occasions as well as my children. Bottom line is they knew that Dr Werness screwed up & if they did not know then they SHOULD have!!! That was your job to take care of your patients & you did not take care of me but left me to go figure out how to fix what you did to me when I am not a doctor & had no idea how to fix it! Thank God that He answered my prayers that I prayed everyday for 8 years & many tears! Bottom line you should not have had me in as a free patient if you were not willing to take care of me as if I was a paying patient & took the time & effort that was needed to review all my X-rays and see what was done wrong by Dr Werness & then set up a treatment plan and fix it. I did not know that atlas orthogonal chiropractic even existed 20 years ago but that should have been where I was sent with directions from your office that I needed to go there & your office should have paid for it! I ran up hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical bills that were billed to Medicaid over the 8 years that I suffered trying to figure out what was wrong with me! I was a widow basically living on government assistance & had no money to fix anything! Also a simple google search explains the dangers of adjusting the atlas aggressively by a traditional chiropractor & It should have NEVER been done & all! Flippant attitude of oh who cares about her she was a free patient & let her go figure it out from here she is not our problem is the attitude that is being addressed here by me & it is wrong! You could have fixed it & you should have fixed it because it WAS the Right thing to do! Seeing patients for free & then using them as Guinea pigs to see what will happen if the atlas is adjusted manually is the only thing I can see as a motivation to even see a patient for free. If you really cared then you should have cared enough to fix the problem for free that was done to me at your practice.

Crabtree Chiropractic has transformed my quality of life. Until visiting them, I accepted living in constant pain in my shoulder and lower back, but within the first week of treatment I was able to be pain free in my shoulder by addressing the root causes. Now I visit a few times a year for maintenance and have great mobility. Im very thankful I found this team.
