I’m deeply disappointed and, honestly, feel betrayed by the management at this wellness facility. Today, I had to call and cancel my appointments scheduled for tomorrow. I was fully aware of their cancellation policy—I had received the reminder text and had absolutely no intention of cancelling. Unfortunately, as sometimes happens in life, circumstances changed and I was no longer going to be able to make it. I called the office to apologize and, given that I have never cancelled an appointment before, I respectfully asked if they would consider waiving the $80 cancellation fee as a one-time courtesy. Instead of compassion or understanding, I was immediately told they would not make an exception. What was most upsetting, however, was the way I was spoken to. I was scolded by one of the managers, and when I asked if I could speak with another manager, the interaction became even worse. I was met with hostility, a negative attitude, and a complete lack of empathy. That experience genuinely broke my heart. This is a wellness facility—somewhere you would expect to feel cared for, supported, and understood. The environment has always seemed to be filled with positive energy, which made being treated this way even more shocking and painful. I left the conversation feeling ashamed, belittled, and humiliated over something as simple as having to cancel an appointment. No one should have to feel that way when reaching out for help or simply asking for a little understanding. What makes this especially heartbreaking is that I truly valued the care I received from Dr. Sykes. I have nothing but appreciation for the care I received from him, which is why this experience with management is so difficult to reconcile. Unfortunately, I now feel so uncomfortable that I don’t know if I can ever walk back through those doors again. I’m sharing this not to attack anyone, but to raise awareness about how important compassion and basic respect are—especially in a place dedicated to wellness. Policies are policies, and I understand that. But there is still a human being on the other side of the phone. Sometimes, circumstances are beyond our control. And sometimes, how you treat someone in a difficult moment matters far more than an $80 fee. I also made it clear that they are not authorized to charge my card for the cancellation fee, and I sincerely hope they respect that request. I hope management takes a moment to reflect on this experience, because no one seeking wellness should leave feeling emotionally worse than when they walked in.

From the ease of scheduling an appointment to the way Dr. Nolan listened to my issues and explained our plan moving forward with clarity, my first appointment experience will definitely keep me coming back. Looking forward to future visits.

Meg is the best chiropractor I’ve ever had! Seriously, she always fixed my body right up, and the realignment lasts, so I never even had to consistently see her, which was nice. Basically my entire family has gone to and loves her by this point. I eventually had to switch chiropractors since they don’t take OHP (yet!! Though there’s talks in the works!), and my current chiropractor doesn’t hold a torch to her.

Had a great experience. This was my first time seeing a chiropractor, and I was so pleased, impressed and relieved. Scheduling was easy, staff was friendly, my doctor was kind and professional, taking time to explain what he was doing every step of the way. I left feeling much better and clear on what I can do to manage my issue.

I have been coming here since past August due to a motor vehicle accident and I have felt extremely supported by a care team of acupuncture, chiropractic, and massage providers! Staff is also amazing and helpful with scheduling. Highly recommend Erin Cranford for acupuncture and l've seen her prior at another location as well. She is extremely knowledgeable, makes me feel super comfortable and relaxed on some of my most difficult days and is a super kind person. I also recommend Dr. Sykes for Chiro work who is also incredibly kind and has been in the field many years with lots of knowledge! It was my first time ever trying Chiro and I had a really positive experience. Additionally Lisa for massage has also been wonderful and I could tell that she really got to the root of the pain. Overall a very caring location with great providers and I would recommend it to others and return back myself if needed. All of the praise, thank you guys!
