It’s crazy to think that about a year ago, I had accepted my body pain as just part of getting older. My legs constantly hurt, I was dealing with sciatic nerve pain, and every morning I’d wake up with a sore lower back. Some days it took over an hour just to get moving—and even then, I’d walk with a slight limp that was literally wearing my work boots unevenly. Years of neglect had finally caught up to me. My brother recommended Dr. Fix It, and Dr. Rios lives up to the name. He immediately put into words the pain I had been dealing with in silence. More importantly, he put a real plan in place to get me back on track. He broke it down clearly—my body was out of alignment, and I needed consistent therapy and adjustments. I’ll be honest—I was skeptical at first. But I had just started my own business, and my body was already giving out halfway through the day. That wasn’t going to work. I couldn’t afford to let my body quit on me. As sappy as it sounds, Dr. Rios changed my life. It honestly feels like he reversed years of wear and tear. After getting my back under control, I brought up my foot pain—my MD had diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis and wanted to go straight to a painful injection to see if it would help. Dr. Rios took a different approach. He recommended shockwave therapy instead of masking the problem. Once again, he delivered. I’m only halfway through treatment, and my feet are almost pain-free. His therapy, treatments, and straight-up advice have completely changed how I feel—and how I take care of my body moving forward. Thank you, Dr. Rios.

Dr. Rios truly lives up to his name — “Dr. Fix It.” I waited until my 8th visit to write this review because it’s easy to have a good first impression, but consistency is what matters. When I first came in, I was 28 years old, dealing with a slipped disc that left me in 9/10 pain and unable to walk. I had to go to urgent care in a wheelchair and get a steroid shot just to move around. I found Dr. Rios on Instagram, where his office mentioned specializing in slipped discs, and decided to give him a try after being let down by a previous chiropractor who only made things worse and overcharged me. My very first visit took a little longer than expected, but that was only because I was a new patient. Ever since, I’ve been seen right away, usually starting with some form of massage — whether it’s the roller bed, massage chairs, or hands-on therapy. Dr. Rios set me up on a 6-week program with treatments twice a week using his decompression machine. After just two weeks, my pain dropped from a 9/10 to about a 2/10, which feels like a miracle compared to where I started. The staff is warm and welcoming, and it’s clear that Dr. Rios genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being. On top of that, their pricing is very reasonable — especially considering I’ve been paying cash. I can honestly say this is the best chiropractic care I’ve ever received, and I’m so grateful I trusted my gut and came here.

Where do I start. I found dr fix it online and decide to take my chance. It was the best thing I've done. When I went into the office I could barley walk due to excruciating back pain. Dr Rios was so confident and professional telling me I needed to trust the process. He got me on decompression and adjustments. Fast forward,I trust the process and I am so much better. Everyday is an improvement. His staff is amazing kind and overall heart warming. They make it seem like you have know them for years. I would highly recommend this place. This place is seriously a rip-off. My mother and father were in a car accident and came here for treatment. Each visit lasted only about 15 to 20 minutes—never more than that. After 37 visits, they are now billing my mom over $12,000. That’s more than $325 per visit, and her back pain still hasn’t improved. She eventually had to seek help from another doctor to get proper treatment and relief. Despite all this, Julie Guzman from the office claimed my mom “left happy” after each visit—just so the doctor wouldn’t have to reduce the settlement amount. That’s completely false. I would never recommend this place to anyone dealing with pain after an accident. They are not focused on helping patients—they’re only interested in the money.

I was suffering from pain in my cervical and lumbar areas. The process was thorough. The girls at the front office are friendly and are very organized when it comes to scheduling your visits and processing your paperwork. I have been seeing Dr. Rafael Rios III since 12/2024 - The girls that work the back office ensure that you are comfortable and ask thorough questions about how you feel and communicate well with Dr. Rios. As for my chiropractic appointments, when I arrive, they always have complimentary coffee, tea or water. They are quick and efficient with your time. I get a chance to sit on the massage chair or get my back stretched on the table where I lay for a good amount of time. My back also gets massaged by one of the girls before the doctor comes in to see me. He is an attention to detail kind of guy and he takes his time explaining what he is doing to me. He is also really soft with his hands and makes you feel very comfortable. I like that. He made me feel heard. I first started going twice weekly. I was a difficult candidate since my bones were not so cooperative. I suffer from migraines and he was able to alleviate them with my adjustments. When I asked about decreasing the frequency of my sessions, he made sure that I was medically prepared before changing them to once per week. I will not be going to another Chiropractor and I will be recommending Dr. Rafael A. Rios III to all my friends and family.
