I was referred to go to this location for treatment. Upon my arrival there were two gentlemen sitting at the front desk. I was greeted and I told them that I have an appointment at 12. One of the gentlemen asked me to signin and offered me a seat. Moments later while I was looking down at my phone a man with a worn out, dingy lab coat approached me with a rude hello. So I looked up and said hi, he then asked me if I had an appointment, I said yes at 12, he then said with who. During his questioning, he is very rude and I became uncomfortable and it was obvious that I wasn't welcomed. So I stood up and said I was sent here for my case, just cancel my appointment and I'll contact my attorney. I strongly believe that a business has the right to pick and choose who they want to be their clients/patients/customers, however, they should make it very clear that black people are excluded so that someone like myself won't waste my time going to their establishment which was dirty in the waiting area. There was so much dust and spider webs everywhere and the carpet was filthy too. I should have taken pictures. **In response to whomever responded to my review. The initial RUDE approach came from the man in the dingy lab coat not the gentlemen who were sitting at the front desk. (Did you read that part) I was talked to like I didn't BELONG there and his tone with his questioning was VERY DISRESPECTFUL and I was THE ONLY ONE in that dirty waiting room. The office was NOT BUSY AND IT WAS A SATURDAY!! How many doctors do you have working on a Saturday waiting for one client to come in for treatment at 12 noon. CLEAN THAT DIRTY OFFICE and that will help with the attitude of that man with the dingy lab coat. Either you don't deal with black people or you thought I was a very clean homeless person considering you are located in a very UNDESIRABLE location. I was offended by how dirty it was on the inside. ***This office uploaded pictures of what appeared to be "CLEAN" after my review mentioning how dirty the office was while I was there. All of those lumps in that poorly installed, cheap, worn out carpet is a sign that they made an attempt to clean it.

I got into a car accident and was recommended by my sister-in-law. The doctor helped me with my upper neck and lower back and also did a X-ray for me. Friendly, peacefull environment, and hands down the best chiropractor in pomona.

I had neck and shoulder pain which not allow me to breath and sleep easily for long time. My neck was always heavy and hard to turn left or right easily. My shoulders was always sore and cause hard breathing,you would feel pressure and painful when taking a breath. For many years I do not know I need help from a chiropractor, I simply thought massage would help but it never help actually. I always feel it was like a stone inside my body which hard to explain, generally it is not comfortable but you do not know until you feel the difference after receiving treatment from Dr Allen to feel the difference before and after. Having a recommendation of a friend who is being treated by Dr Allen, I first came just to hope to help my neck. I must say Dr Allen is very polite,gentle and know well what to do. He helped to adjust my neck and shoulder on the first time. My neck completely come back normal,you felt like it was lubed to run smoothly,I feel like I was released from carry a heavy stone on neck. My second visit for shoulders. Again I feel like I was taken off few lbs of stone on shoulders. There still few more adjustment with my shoulders pain but so far I feel so much better. I am not sure if my assumption is true but since I received treatment for my neck, I was able to breath easily so that I could sleep naturally and deeply without using sleeping support pills . I have been using Metalonine for last 2 years and have not sleep easily for last 7 years. I visited many doctor for my Insomnia but nothing change,all doctors said I was stressful that caused Insomnia but actually my work is stressful but I do not think it is more stressful than others. This clinic accept my Kaiser insurance is a plus that I did not expect when coming.
