Huge shout-out to William! He was extremely friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional from the moment I arrived. He made me feel comfortable and took the time to answer my questions. His positive attitude and excellent customer service made my chiropractic visit a great experience. Thank you, William, for everything!
I can’t recommend Gonstead Physical Medicine enough. The staff is welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about helping people feel better and move better. They are extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and takes the time to explain what’s going on in a way that makes sense. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in helping them make real progress. The environment is comfortable, the care feels personalized, and you never feel rushed or treated like just another appointment. If you’re looking for a place that combines professionalism, compassion, and effective treatment, Gonstead Physical Medicine is a great choice.
I saw their marketing on Facebook and thought it was worth looking into. I registered for for their promotion of 2 sessions for $50. The first session consists of x-rays and self promotion. The 2nd session is when they tell you that they don't take any insurance and to help you requires 20-30 sessions and they take cash. You're expected to commit to 20-30 sessions in writing and the payment begins now. I still hadn't even experienced the decompression session and I was being told to choose my payment plan. I wasn't interested in buying into a program that I haven't even experienced. I declined the thousands of dollars of commitments. He acknowledged my choice, told me I still could do the decompression as promised and told me to have a seat. After 40 minutes of waiting, I gave up and left. It was obvious we were playing a game of attrition. I watched people arrive, get taken back for treatment and eventually leave. All while I sat patiently for my turn. My 10am decompression session had turned 1110am and I had to admit defeat. Sadly, I realized I had been played. They value their time greatly. The numerous texts and follow up calls to ensure ill arrive for my appointments are testimony to that fact. You time means nothing. If you aren't buying into the 6months of treatment up front, you'll sit amd rot in their waiting room as long as it takes to convince you to leave. Side note- they repeatedly will text you incorrect appointments that require you to contact them to reconcile.
Dr Lara and his wonderful staff has been treating me for the last 3 yrs. They are friendly, kind, and genuinely caring. Their support has gone way past my treatments in office as they recently walked through some difficult circumstances of losing my sister who originally sent me to him. I saw him today and he always looks me in the eye and speaks from his heart. Not many doctors do this. I greatly appreciate and respect them all. Thank you for caring for myself and my family. God bless you all DawnMarie
I have always enjoyed the services of Dr. Jose Lara. His recommendations, medical advice and treatments are always on point. Most of all, I am glad to work with a Christian. 5.1.26. Adjustment gets an A+.
