Dr. Emillie and Nicole H were amazing! First time leaving a chiro appt without pain! Dr. Emillie Castrichini listened intentively and gave me great tips for pain relief. Nicole helped with set me up with E-stim, massage therapy, heat, and shockwave therapy, she was comforting and made sure everything was effective for me.

I can’t recommend CAS Chiropractic enough! Dr. Emillie is absolutely amazing. I recently had shockwave therapy and dry needling done by her, and it was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. She is incredibly knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything, and truly cares about helping her patients feel their best. Where do I even begin? From the moment I walked into CAS Chiropractic Center, PC and CAS Medical Center, LLC, I felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Mike, when I tell you he has the magic touch, I have been trying to stretch and all and nothing!! This is the best place to go!! They really do care about you and it shows whenever you walk in the door, they have the best team. Dr Mike and Emily are so knowledgeable and compassionate with their patients, they make you feel like family. Blanca is the best massage therapist that we have seen and we have been to a few others before and we are so thankful that we found this place. It is worth the drive for us as we come from Avondale.
