I’ve been receiving treatments at AZ Chiro Center for over two years, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. It all started after a back injury, but I continued coming back every other week for wellness adjustments because of the positive impact they’ve had on my overall performance and well-being. Since incorporating regular wellness adjustments into my fitness routine, my powerlifting has become more efficient, and my progress has improved tremendously. I recently aggravated my lower back simply from getting out of bed and was sidelined for about a week. After just three adjustments, I was back to feeling like myself again. I decided to take an additional week off from weightlifting to recover while staying active through swimming. To my surprise, I noticed a huge improvement in my swimming — my movements feel smoother, my glide is more efficient, and I haven't been getting fatigued as quickly. Swimming has become my new form of cardio, replacing running, so being able to feel such a noticeable difference was incredible. I can’t fully explain it, but I know that consistent care has made a significant difference in how my body moves, performs, and recovers. I’m grateful for the team at Arizona Chiropractic Center and the role they’ve played in helping me stay active and continue reaching my fitness goals.

I've been seeing Dr. Koch for about two months now, and I can confidently say I've finally found my chiropractor. I've always preferred the Gonstead method because it focuses on precise, targeted adjustments to correct specific vertebral misalignments rather than the generalized manipulations that many chiropractors perform. Dr. Koch has a very scientific, evidence-based approach, and he has both the skill and strength to make the adjustments my back needs. As exceptional as he is as a chiropractor, he's an even better person. He genuinely cares about his patients, takes the time to listen, thoroughly answers questions, and never makes me feel rushed. Every visit leaves me feeling like my health and well-being truly matter to him. I can't recommend Dr. Koch highly enough. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate chiropractor who takes the time to provide outstanding care, you won't be disappointed.

Found ACC through a Google search and did some research before scheduling an appointment. Glad I did. Great atmosphere and advanced treatments. From the greeting walking into the door to the thorough examination by Dr. Dvorak I had a great visit. Was able to do some PEMF therapy to relieve immediate pain before flying out of town on a trip. Highly recommend their services.

My experience at the Arizona Chiropractic Center was amazing. I fell and had a concussion. I used their laser and took their supplements, it felt like my left brain and right brain started communicating again. I know using the laser was huge in my recovery process. Each time I went I would feel a little better. Thank you to the Koch family in speeding up my recovery process and I’m finally feeling like myself again.
