Cant without a good chiropractor and he is one. I was referred by the VA and i am very happy. Had nerve pain that epidurals and nerve blocks couldnt help but Dr. Panoussi did!!

This review is NOT about the doctor, instead about his incompetent staff who wouldn't give me an appointment after I had approved referral. Their response was: It's too soon to schedule you, we need to verify your referral." Then few weeks later when I called back trying to make an appointment they claimed they don't have a profile on me where it was supposed to be done when they had my approved referral (1st phone call), digging deeper they realized that my profile had completely wrong date of birth. Finally they scheduled me then on the day of the appointment I got a call saying they need to cancel me because my referral is for an adjustment where they need consultation referral. For almost a month they didn't know my referral was missing what they need?! I thought they didn't let me to schedule the appointment because they need to verify things... Now I can't get rid of them since they keep calling me every day leaving a VM asking me to call back to re-schedule. How??? They claimed my approved referral is not good but they want to re-schedule?! Having such incompetent staff working for him makes me wonder how good is he as a doctor if he surrounds himself with such people. Since I'm not able to reply to your reply I'm updating my post: Dr.Panoussi. Yes, you are correct I was supposed to be seen at Sherman Oaks location. Geography should not matter! My review is pertaining your incompetent staff (Rossio your assistant and others who took my calls). 661 area code was used for outgoing / incoming calls. Sherman Oaks is 818. You should list yourself under Sherman Oaks so google has accurate records and people can leave reviews since you see patients in different locations.

Went to Dr. Panoussi after car accident. So glad I found him, he listens, he is very caring, and he does his job well. Very sad that he wont be treating me anymore but am very thankful that he was my first stop and I will carry this great experience with me through every door on my journey to recovery. I 100% recommend Dr. Panoussi if you ever need a chiropractor he is all about getting you better. Thank you very much for your compassion Dr. Panoussi and for helping me through a very painful 6 months. Your the Best. Barbara S

I been going to Dr. Panoussi since April 2023 due to a car accident that i was involved in back in March 2023. Dr. Panoussi has given great customer service and excellent care to the areas I was hurting the most. He also knew exactly what machines and techniques to use to make the pain either fully go away or give temporarily relief. I recommend him 100%. Excellent chiropractor!

Excellent care and service-- Dr. Panoussi provides experienced and effective treatments. I started seeing him a month ago, and he has helped to eliminate my lower back pain, make it easier for me to walk, and improved my posture.
