I needed to see a new chiropractor (due to a pinched nerve) because the previous one stopped taking our insurance, so Urteaga came up and k made an appointment right away. It was nice because they were close by, and had an opening within the next 24 hours since I needed it badly. I walked in, and was immediately impressed with how clean and tidy it was. I was taken back to have my blood pressure and weight taken, which was different for a Chiropractic office, but I do like it. It was also good because they do sports medicine as well, which is another great thing. Everyone was kind and helpful. I feel like I got helped rather quickly. The doctor was super helpful and also very gentle, which is wonderful especially when someone is cracking your back and neck area. After the adjustment, I was able to lay on a rolling table, which also helped me relax, my back even further. I have since come back and was impressed again with the level of Customer Service. Because they were running a little behind, they gave me a little 15 minute complementary massage which was phenomenal. I'm just sad that our insurance is changing in the next week and we won't be able to come back for a while. But at least for massages, I could come back on occasion. Overall, a great place, and the people are outstanding as well!
