This is a joke. I had been a repeat customer but got new insurance. Dr. Melvin would not call them to verify. I called my insurance provider myself and they said he needs to call and verify and he refused. I called the provider number for him and he refused to talk to them to verify my insurance because he said he was too busy. The customer service agent stated it is HIS responsibility to verify my coverage, not mine, and that I should not be calling because he won’t. I am in pain and need help and he refused to verify my coverage. What happened to doctors that are invested in actually helping people?

This is the best chiropractor in the entire world. I’ve been to so many chiropractors in my life, but never a chiropractor like this. He is so amazing. He has the best bedside manner and he has always worked so great with me and I always leave feeling like a new person. He is so amazing.!!!😊😊😊

This guy is great at what he does. I am a plumber, so always lifting, heavy objects, crawling under houses and injuring my back. I give him a call and he takes care of me without his help. I would not be able to continue my day but because of him he gets adjusted just right and I’m able to finish my workday He’s always available when I need him. Highly recommend.

Dr. Melvin is the best chiropractor I've ever had. My family and I have been coming to him for years. He takes his time to assess and find the root cause of your pain points. I always receive exceptional customer service. I highly recommend his services!

I have been going to Dr. Melvin for three years. He is always attentive and “bent on” fixing you (See what I did there?). He is incredible. He has many ways to achieve relieve for back and hip issues. Best of all, once you have your initial visit, you can walk-in anytime. He is priced right and better than those new “Joints”. You will love him. His office is a little dated because that shopping center is a little dated but the low over head translates to the best service for the best cost.
