The front office team is super friendly and really helpful! Dr. Cruz is so nice and took the time to address all my concerns. I'm really grateful to have found this office and I will definitely be recommending it to others!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from your administrative team over the past week. Based on your high ratings, I had expected a much higher standard of professionalism. I initially called to verify insurance coverage and spoke to a receptionist, who appeared rushed and dismissive. Although she took my information and told me to call back to check within a couple days. I received no communication for a over a week. Upon following up myself, the interaction with Liz was even more concerning. I was told there was no record of my information being sent for review, and she was quite defensive, claiming I had not provided my name—despite that being the first detail shared during our initial call. Clear communication and basic courtesy are essential in a patient-facing environment. Due to this experience, I no longer feel comfortable trusting this office with my care and will be seeking services elsewhere.

Dr. Cruz is an excellent chiropractor who has helped me regain my strength after experiencing pain and weakness on my right side. Initially I went to my primary doctor and then to physical therapy which did not address the issue. I am very happy I found her and am almost back to my “old self”. She has amazing staff who assist her so it is always enjoyable to go there. I highly recommend her.

What impresses me about Dr. Cruz is that she tries so hard to help improve your overall well-being, reaching beyond chiropractic work. She is warm and friendly and seems to genuinely care. It's nice to not just feel like a number as I have with so many other chiropractors. I would certainly recommend her to everyone.

I've been getting treated by Dr. Cruz for 10 years. She listens to my concerns at all times and addresses them with sound advice, and different options. I'm always leaving her office in less or no pain, and feeling great about the experience. Not to mention she is very innovative and is constantly learning new methods or technologies to help her patients. Her staff is kind, friendly, and very helpful.
