Absolutely love this place and the Staff there. They listened to any concerns I had and was fast to get me in for an MRI as soon as my insurance would allow it. First time I went in there I felt like I had known them for years and like I just belonged there. They worked with my schedule the best way possible because some days I don’t know what I’m doing from one minute to the next so if I had to come in ahead of time or late they were okay with it. Sylvia would even call me if I make an early appointment to make sure I didn’t forget about it. They go the extra mile for their patients and If you’re uncomfortable with doing something Or if it’s like your first time, they don’t make you do it, it is recommended, but they’re not gonna force you to do it. They walk you through every step Of what they’re gonna do and when explaining what issues you have, they make sure you understand what’s going on before you leave the office. I will never go to any other Chiropractor. It’s a great environment and great people. You don’t wait long to be seen, and you’re not rushed out the door When they are finished. I definitely would recommend them to anyone Who needs a Chiropractor and he’s looking for one or possibly looking for a new one, this is the place to go!

I’ve gone here for chiropractic help on & off since 2018. Dr. McCoy is so kind & helpful explaining the issues & what needs to be done for relief & not just slapping a bandaid on the issues. The prices are soooo much more reasonable than other chiropractors I’ve gone to & gone into debt over. Dr. Paisley is also super nice & funny! I had so much relief after one session.

I’ve been going to Advance Spine and Wellness for a few years now due to back pains I was having and I can honestly say the care here has made a huge difference . From the moment you walk in, the front desk team is amazing! Hayde is always friendly, welcoming and smiling. The team is very accommodating with scheduling, which I truly appreciate when I need to adjust appointments due to important meetings. Dr. McCoy and Dr. Paisley are both outstanding doctors who genuinely care about their patients. I personally see Dr. McCoy and he is extremely knowledgeable and always knows exactly what to do to help relieve the tension and pain in my back. Since starting treatment here, I’ve felt significantly better and continue to come regularly to keep my back feeling its best. What I also admire about this practice is their commitment to the community. They participate in annual can drives and toy drives, which shows how much they care about giving back beyond just treating patients. If you’re looking for a place where you feel welcomed like family while receiving excellent care for your pain, Advance Spine and Wellness is definitely the place to go. Tell them I sent you ☺️

I LOVEE THE WORK OF DR.PAISLEY she helped my back and hips was in need of SERIOUS adjustments after carrying a baby for 9 months and the first week of my adjustments here I felt 99% BETTER improvement in my mobility!! I highly recommend this office and ALL the staff workers had positive attitude and go above and beyond compassionate with kids too and professional care for the clients! The best chiropractor care in Nashville that I had!!
