Highly recommend this practice! My son started seeing Dr. Noah for sports-related care, and after seeing his great results, I started getting adjusted by Dr.Lauren - they are both absolutely awesome. Plus Kathleen at the front desk is always so welcoming and friendly. They make the whole family feel right at home!

I cannot say enough good things about the incredible people at Boro Chiropractic. They truly care about their patients and even desperate walkins! I typically see another chiropractor, but they were closed when I found myself in a very urgent situation. I woke up this morning and somehow pulled a muscle in my neck so badly that I could barely move. The pain was unbearable. I was in tears and had never experienced anything like it before. To make matters more stressful, I am 38 weeks and 4 days pregnant and scheduled to be induced in just 4 days. Waiting until Monday was not an option. In complete desperation, I called Boro Chiropractic as they were about to close in 30 minutes and asked if anyone could please help me. Without hesitation, they stepped in. The owner was absolutely precious and took the time to walk me through everything step by step, making me feel comfortable and cared for the entire time. I walked out feeling at least 50 percent better immediately after my adjustment, which felt like a miracle in that moment! I could nod my head after not being able to move at all walking in I am beyond grateful for their kindness, compassion, and willingness to help someone in need at the last minute. I highly, highly recommend this amazing team!!

I am someone who has been overly skeptical about the chiropractic industry. But after hearing countless stories and experiences from people, in and around my circle, who have nothing but great things to say about them, it is clear that they stand out in their field. After getting the pleasure to talk with them both too, you can see their heart and passion in genuinely taking care of people. While I haven't needed their services, I can honestly say that I would trust them wholeheartedly when needed.

Great place! First, the location is unbeatable—right in downtown Murfreesboro, with free parking right outside the facility. Second, Dr. Noah is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He takes the time to walk you through each step, demo the exercises, and explain everything clearly. Most importantly, you can tell Dr. Noah genuinely cares about his patients. I had my first appointment today, left with some helpful exercises, and I’m already looking forward to going back next week. I didn’t see Dr. Lauren myself, but she was treating a patient next to me, and it was clear she’s amazing too—the patient left with a big smile. Highly recommend!
