If it wasn't for Evelyn Pearson and Humberto Villa I would have left this clinic long ago. This clinic are horrible at their customer service and communication. Always canceling and rescheduling your appointments further out. They never have appointments. I've also seen them send people away if they didn't have an appointment but not to worry if you are one of their favorites They will squeeze you in I have seen it.
I would not recommend this OB office based on my experience. The visits were very disorganized, with long wait times even for basic check-in and vitals, and little to no communication about delays. I was fasting for a glucose test and wasn’t given clear guidance or updates, which made the experience even more stressful. Overall, I did not feel like patients were being prioritized or properly informed during their visits at this office! Worst experience and I’ve had a baby before.
Worst experience. This place claims to be all about convenience but it’s nothing but one inconvenience after another, after another. There is no communication between the providers and nurses and the staff up front. They expect the patients to fill in the blanks and do the job for them. I will be filing a direct complaint with more in depth details, but save yourself the trouble and don’t go to Moreno Valley Family Health Center.
I’ve been coming to this clinic for over 5 years for both myself and my children, and I’m honestly really disappointed with how things have gone downhill. Over the years, my doctor has been changed on me at least five times with no real communication. It’s frustrating having to constantly reintroduce myself and explain my medical history over and over again. Continuity of care matters, and right now it feels nonexistent. On top of that, it’s nearly impossible to get through on the phone. Trying to make an appointment has been a nightmare. Recently, I’ve left multiple messages and no one has called me back, and I keep being told the system is “down.” That’s not an acceptable excuse when patients need care. This clinic used to be professional, organized, and genuinely caring. Now it feels like that level of care is gone. I don’t even know who my current doctor is at this point because of how often they rotate providers. I’m supposed to be having my blood pressure monitored, but instead I feel like I’m left to manage everything on my own. That’s not okay. I really hope this clinic takes a hard look at their processes and improves, because at this rate, you will continue to lose long-time patients like myself.
If I could, I’d give zero stars. I had scheduled appointments for my family and myself only to have them canceled by the office without notice. I would arrive to the office just to be told my daughter’s appointment was canceled and that they couldn’t get a hold of me. The first time they told me they tried calling but then said they didn’t have my phone number on her file after I had asked to confirm what phone number they had for my contact. Her appointment was rescheduled which was fine, mistakes happen. Then the second time around I arrive for her appointment I am told that her appointment was canceled and they couldn’t call me because they didn’t have a phone number on file yet again. I don’t understand how that was possible since I had received a text confirming her appointment a few days before and a phone call from them the day before her appointment. They’ve done this with my husbands appointments as well. I have my scheduled appointment coming up next week that I won’t be showing up to at this point. This office has wasted too much of my time and I can’t afford to be calling off of work for appointments that are never held by this office. So disappointing.
