I am incredibly disappointed with the glaring lack of professionalism from the manager Salma at Chiropractic Health Center, despite receiving good care from Dr. Hughes. When I walked in for my scheduled appointment, the manager publicly announced in front of the entire waiting room that I had an "outstanding balance." Not only do they have my current health insurance information on file, but I also consistently pay my dues on time. Instead of handling this discrepancy discreetly, the manager proceeded to call billing and my insurance company right there in front of everyone, showing a complete disregard for basic patient privacy and respect. Because of this unnecessary and embarrassing scene, I missed my scheduled chiropractor time slot. I was forced to get my massage first, which is completely out of my normal treatment routine. To make matters worse, when I finished the massage and Dr. Hughes took me back for my adjustment, the manager actually interrupted the session. She walked in and questioned Dr. Hughes about why he was seeing me instead of another patient. Dr. Hughes was forced to explain and defend himself, pointing out that I was bumped from my original time slot specifically because of the insurance delay she had caused at the front desk. Dr. Hughes handled the situation well, but the manager's lack of discretion, terrible scheduling management, and blatant disrespect for both patients and the medical staff make it very difficult to recommend this clinic. Patients deserve privacy and a stress-free environment, neither of which were provided by management during my visit.

The staff is amazing and friendly. They get you in and out smoothly and they take care of your body needs. My treatment and therapy went great. Will continue to go even after my car accident case treatment competed.

All I can say is treat yourself and spouse this is well worth the money or insurance. They definitely take there time and make sure you feel like a million bucks Melanie is amazing her experience really shows. Dr. Joseph Hughes did my adjustment and he definitely got some REALLY GOOD pops 🤣.

Hello, I want to give a special thanks to Mrs. Kingsley and her Chiropractor, Mr. Schwartz for their outstanding care in her beautiful facility. Mr. Schwartz is a kind, dedicated, thorough Chiropractor who always made one feel important to addressing their needs. In my case, I was treated for lower back stiffness and tennis elbow, that really is hard to get proper treatment for. It took some time, but within the months, my systems improved! I also had ultrasound therapy done by Melissa, who also, is very, very kind and sweet and kind to everyone who walks in. She always greets you with a warm smile and happy attitude! When one comes in for treatment, this is the care and attention you look forward to have, especially on the days you are hurting more.. I can’t say enough how welcoming both Dr Schwartz, and Melissa made me feel the moment I stepped in the office. Their welcoming smiles and caring demeanor can’t be any sweeter. Thank you both for your warm welcoming always . 🙏 Dr Alejandra is also very wonderful!! I only had the chance to have her adjust me a few times when Dr Schwartz was absent. Brenda too gave great massages and helped a lot of nerve pain on my legs from walking long hours on my job. Hanna also was a very sweet young girl who always welcomed me with a sweet smile. 😃 I wish you the best in a great promising career. I will miss these group of kind hearted people I have mentioned as I have completed my treatment. Thank you Dr Kingsley for hearing my concerns and for offering a beautiful office, very clean and nicely done. I hope you continue to prosper with a stronger building staff in the months to come, providing heartful people, as I mentioned in this review.
