Miami Spine Clinic

I would never recommend this clinic. After my car accident, my attorney referred me here for treatment, and my experience was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, the entire practice felt more like a business than a medical clinic. Many appointments consisted of little more than lying on a massage bed for a short period of time, with minimal interaction or hands-on treatment from the doctor. Most visits felt like they were simply checking a box rather than providing meaningful medical care. Despite attending numerous appointments, I am still in pain and did not receive the level of treatment I expected. It was also incredibly difficult to get the care I actually needed. Communication was poor, and I constantly felt like I had to fight for the treatment and referrals that should have been part of my recovery. What makes this even more upsetting is what happened after my treatment ended. The clinic refused to cooperate with my attorney to reach a reasonable resolution regarding their bill. Based on the bill, you would think they had performed spine surgery instead of providing mostly routine office visits and massage bed sessions. I left this clinic feeling like a source of revenue rather than a patient. I trusted this practice with my recovery after a car accident, but I cannot say the care justified either the cost or the amount they are now demanding.

My experience at Miami Spine Clinic has been incredible, educational, welcoming, and truly restorative. The adjustments left me feeling open and balanced, like waking up from that first long, peaceful night of sleep on vacation. I walked out feeling lighter and mentally clear. I don’t live in the area, but if I did, I’d be fully committed to this practice. Both doctors are professional, knowledgeable, and intentional in their approach, and the aesthetic of the clinic creates such a calming environment. Highly recommend.

Every person I met at Miami spine clinic was courteous friendly and professional. They really took the time necessary to do everything right – and as a patient took some really good time to get to know me and my family. Great chiropractor experience! Dr. Randall Thompson got the Midas touch. Highly recommend!

Dr. Thompson is awesome. He adjusted me a couple of times, and I could tell right away how much better I felt afterward. The treatment was super effective, and he really knows how to make his patients feel comfortable. He’s funny, easy to talk to, and clearly great at what he does. I’d 100% recommend checking him out if you’re thinking about getting adjusted!

This was my first visit…Overall I had wonderful experience. Dr. Thompson provided excellent care. He is very thoughtful, understanding and thorough. I look forward to my follow up visits.
