Dr. Z is amazing! I've been coming to her for the last year for different issues. First, I strained my back and she helped with stretching and therapy. Then, I had hip arthroscopy and she assisted with mobility and pain management. This time, I came to her for numbness in my leg after an injury and I was feeling better after my first session for that issue. She is a true miracle worker who is not just dedicated to her craft but also cares deeply for her patients. Dani at the front desk is also a joy. I'd give them a million stars!

They came highly recommended. But the booking experience/customer service is atrocious. I made an appointment, for the next day. They told me they would check my insurance and let me know. Never got a call back. They told me they would send an intake form. On the day of the appointment, I try to fill in the form. Mind you it’s supposed to be at 11 am the appointment. Try to fill it at 10 when I’m leaving work to go there. I can’t fill it, it says it’s been submitted already. Weird but ok. I call them on my way to their office, they answered like oh the appointment is cancelled. You didn’t fill out the form prior to the appointment, has to be the day prior. I told them they should inform people of that, be clear about “ if you don’t fill your form the day prior, your appointment will be cancelled”. But they didn’t, I asked to leave work for nothing, wasted my time, bad customer service. In fairness the actual treatments are very good from what I heard, but the front office customer service is atrocious. I guess I’ll never find out. Hope you have better luck.

I usually go through many chiropractors before finding the right one, but Dr. Z is exceptional. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. She truly takes her time with you as a patient, ensuring she puts all of her expertise into your care. Every time I have an issue, she treats it with the utmost precision, thoroughly looking into it to find the root cause rather than just a quick fix. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an elite level of care in Miami!
