I was a motor accident patient, the whole staff is amazing and friendly. Dr. Quinn Miller and the young man (I don’t recall his name) were always so warm and professional - they’re very exact and accurate with their treatment. Absolutely recommend this clinic, love the team and their thoroughness
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I genuinely cannot recommend this office enough. If I could rate it higher than 5 stars, I would. Take this as your sign to book the appointment! I've been dealing with chronic pain and mobility issues for a long time. At only 22, I reached a point where I relied on a cane just to get around- even for short distances. Before coming here, my lower back pain was consistently an 8-10/10 every day. After only 2-3 weeks of treatment, it's consistently around a 2-4 with only occasional flare-ups. I'm not back to "normal" yet, but for the first time in a long time, I genuinely feel like I'm getting my life back. I'm already walking significantly better than I was, and I never expected to see this much progress so quickly. I've seen dozens of healthcare providers over the years trying to figure out my health issues, and this has been, without question, the best medical experience I've ever had. From my very first visit, they were incredibly thorough. They took X-rays before starting treatment, then sat down with me to explain exactly what they found using the images, physical models, and visual aids. I even learned I had significant issues in my neck and upper spine that I had no idea about. They made sure I understood my body instead of simply asking me to trust the process. Confession: before coming here, I honestly didn't realize chiropractors were "real doctors." 😅 I thought it was more of a luxury like a spa or massage. That misconception disappeared immediately. Their knowledge, professionalism, and ability to educate patients are genuinely impressive. The entire office works together like a well-oiled machine. Everyone has their role, communicates with each other, and truly cares. They even meet each morning to discuss each patient's treatment plan, and that teamwork shows in the quality of care they provide. They're also some of the kindest people I've met. They remembered both my partner and me after our first visits, always greet us by name, ask about our lives, and celebrate our progress. You never feel like just another appointment. As a queer individual, I don't always feel comfortable in medical settings, but this office has been incredibly welcoming. They consistently use my preferred name without hesitation and have always treated me with kindness and respect. That means more than I can put into words. They also worked with me to create a treatment plan that fit my insurance, making the process much less stressful than I expected. I've already referred friends here because I trust this team that much, and every one of them has had a great experience too. It's rare to find a healthcare office where you feel heard, respected, educated, encouraged, and genuinely cared for. This team has given me hope after a long period of feeling discouraged about my health, and they've helped me start getting pieces of my life back. Thank you to every member of this team for your compassion, expertise, and genuine care. You've made a bigger difference in my life than you probably realize. 🙏
I just wanna say that the entire team, not just one or two employees, are absolutely solid. They work with you, they understand ur in pain and possibly suffered trauma and they will literally hold ur hand while u cry. From Linae at front desk, to all the homies in the back, JM, Demetrius, Ana, the manager Shelly, Q and probably a bunch of others im forgetting. I just started here a week ago and for the next 8 weeks we are gonna be friends! Thanks everyone. You are thought of in gratitude. Happy our paths crossed!
I cannot say enough great things about Southwest Spine & Rehab in East Mesa! I originally came here after being involved in a car accident and from day one, I felt heard, cared for, and genuinely supported. I’m only halfway through my treatment plan and I can already feel such a huge improvement in my pain, mobility, and overall quality of life. I’m excited to see how much better I’ll feel once treatment is complete. The entire staff has been absolutely amazing. Linae at the front desk is one of the sweetest people ever and always goes above and beyond to accommodate my busy work schedule. She’s incredibly responsive and always helps with any questions or concerns I may have. Dr. Miller is thorough, educational, and truly skilled at what he does. He takes the time to explain everything and makes you feel confident in your care and treatment plan. MJ and Haleigh on the rehab team always bring such positive energy to every appointment. They’re patient, encouraging, and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to stretches, movement, and helping improve my specific concerns. Demetrius, the case manager, has also been wonderful throughout the process. He explained all the paperwork clearly and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. And Shelley, the manager, does an incredible job keeping everything organized while always showing up with a smile and positive attitude. If you’re looking for a team that truly cares about their patients. This is no joke, this office is amazing or else I wouldn’t drive 45 mins 3 times a week here.
I absolutely love this place. I have been here several times over the course of the past couple years for physical therapy, decompression and adjustments. They have helped me so much to alleviate my vertigo and pain issues. The staff is fabulous. Friendly and never a hurried atmosphere. They always spend the time to listen, give advice, education and help. They definitely individualize the care they give. Highly recommend!
