I took my husband today for his 1st experience and it was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. I recommend *anyone* who is experiencing any type of back or neck

Do not go here. They stick you with a membership that you cannot get out of for three months. It is ridiculous. No xray, they just move you to a new chiropractor every visit. They don’t bill insurance. Stay away. Go to a legit chiropractor that will do an xray and not look at you for two minutes and send you on your way.

My first visit was amazing no pain straight relief 😌 it was actually amazing. Left feeling light as a feather 🪶🥰 I'm all smiles and will definitely be going back. The staff was very Sweet.

I had my first visit with Dr. Tori recently, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. As someone who was a bit nervous about trying chiropractic care for the first time, Dr. Tori took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions without rushing. The adjustment itself was gentle yet effective, and I could already feel a difference afterward. What stood out most to me was how attentive and thorough Dr. Tori was—really listening to my concerns and tailoring the treatment to my needs. The office environment was clean, comfortable, and professional, which made the whole experience even better. I’m genuinely looking forward to my next visit and continuing care. I highly recommend Dr. Tori to anyone considering chiropractic treatment, especially if it’s your first time!

I had a 1:00 PM appointment scheduled, but my experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, the representative “Kenny” told me I would have to wait until after their break at 2:00 PM meaning I’d be waiting nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes past my scheduled time. This completely defeats the purpose of making an appointment. I had already set aside other plans to attend this consultation, which itself was supposed to take about 45 minutes, so this delay was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, I noticed that other people with appointments were being helped ahead of me. The lack of organization and respect for customers’ time was very unprofessional. I hope they improve their scheduling and communication in the future.
