This is one of the best medical companies for spine care. I love ❤️ their attitudes, promptness , and the attention they give to their clients.

I had the most disappointing and unsatisfactory experience at this location. I chose to self-pay and later discovered that my insurance was also being billed without my consent - effectively charging both me and my insurance which was confirmed by my insurance company. This is insurance fraud and l've reported this to the appropriate authorities. In addition, the care lacked clinical follow-through. There were no meaningful reassessments, and x-rays were only taken at the very beginning and end of care — not during treatment - making it difficult to track progress or adjust the plan. The digital check-in form asked about progress each visit, but it clearly wasn't used to make any treatment adjustments. I was initially told that if I discontinued care, refunds wouldn't be provided for prepaid visits-only the option to "save unused visits for later". That discouraged me from stopping sooner, even when I wasn't seeing results. I eventually chose to discontinue treatment and requested a refund for my unused visits, reassessments, & the post treatment X-ray that I didn't receive. I recommend that others proceed with caution: verify how billing is handled, make sure progress is being regularly assessed, & that the care plan is being adjusted accordingly and don't delay discontinuing care if your needs aren't being met. Additionally, the provider - Dr.Stormy Green, and a front desk associate often appeared irritated, when I asked billing & treatment questions or raised concerns. This created an uncomfortable environment at times, but I encourage others to ask questions anyways and advocate for themselves. I wouldn’t recommend anyone patronize this provider / location considering this terrible experience.

This is a chiropractic office. The treatment steps were explained clearly, and I received all the papers outlining the care procedures. The office staff was professional and communicated well with the patient. Dr. Stormy showed sincerity in explaining the issues shown by the X-rays and in explaining the very thorough care during treatment. The adjustment process was explained from the start, and the expected results were shared. The adjustments are performed professionally and with respectful care. Once again, this is a very impressive doctor's office, very organized, and the staff is very attentive. I truly respect them and highly recommend it. I will update my experience later. Pen

The Chiro Place of Bartlett has been AMAZING as I recover from a bad car accident. They are kind and thorough, allow me to ask questions, and always make me feel welcomed! I never knew how much I needed this atmosphere and the help on my journey to recovery!
