Awsome place to go to get your spine back where it gives you so much relief. Genesis has been AWSOME!! Just started chiropractic and it's going great. Great place and awsome staff. I'd recommend it to anyone!

Fabulous facility and staff. I haven’t felt this good in a long time. It’s the best place ever! I went from taking 6 different pain pills as a cocktail 2-3 times a day! Now, I may take a Tylenol 1-2 times a month Who would have thought all I needed was my back realigned? Restoration Health will always be my go to.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 Stars I decided to try Restoration Health because of the overwhelming number of five-star reviews. Overall, I had a very good experience with Dr. Riley Smith—he genuinely listened to me, took time to explain what was going on with my body, and made me feel heard and educated. I truly believe he would have had me on the right track. That said, there were a few things that ultimately turned me off from the clinic. The office presents itself as a Christian-based chiropractic center (Christian music playing, etc.), which I don’t have an issue with. However, when it came to discussing treatment plans and payment options, I didn’t feel there was any effort to work with me financially. It very much felt like a “pay to play” model. I understand this is a business and it’s located in a more affluent area (Chenal Parkway), and it’s clear they have a large, well-established client base—but unfortunately, the care was not affordable for me, even with insurance. My biggest issue was with the chiropractic assistant, Bethany Martin, who was rude on two separate occasions. During a conversation about payment, she spoke over me while I was still talking and actually told me to “hold on” so she could finish what she was saying. I found that extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Additionally, I mentioned that I found the clinic through a Facebook ad offering a free consultation, but when checking out I was told the “free” consultation was $40, which felt misleading. Everyone else I interacted with was kind, but those experiences completely turned me off from the clinic. I came in simply to see if this would be a good fit for me, and unfortunately, it wasn’t—both financially and in how I was treated. I don’t enjoy leaving reviews like this, but I believe people should be held accountable for how they speak to and treat others. Overall, Restoration Health seems like a great place if cost is not a concern, but I’ll need to find a more affordable chiropractic clinic

I was in a car accident and I switched to RH from a place that I was not satisfied with my care at all! It was the best possible choice I could’ve made!! I know what good care is, and I’m getting EXCELLENT care. I can feel the difference and I’m in far less pain than I was when I began!! So grateful to Dr. Beachy! He listens and is definitely highly skilled! Thank you to the entire team!! -Dr. Jahaz Shine

Honestly, RH deserves more than 5 stars! If you are looking to improve your overall health, control your pain, make a lasting impact on your body, and have a great support system of people cheering you on, this is the place. I came to RH desperate for help with back and hip pain that made it impossible to do my job. Dr. Dustin took a chance on me during a time when I needed it most and has given me back my life! Both doctors have worked miracles to help adjust me in a way that will create lasting change. I believe in the model they use that includes warming up the spine and neck to be adjusted and then retraining the neck muscles to support the work they have done. They have wobble chairs, dennerolls, open adjustments, and vibration plates. They take x-rays and create a wellness plan that is appropriate for your healing journey - this is not a “one adjustment and I am never coming back until my pain returns” place. It is a fun and family-like atmosphere where someone is always around to help you with questions or ask how your day is going. They make it a point to memorize your name and offer fun events that help build relationships in and out of the office! How lucky we are as a community to have such an amazing place to receive chiropractic care. The staff are knowledgeable, relatable, and well versed in making sure you are feeling comfortable and taken care of. These people know their stuff and I cannot emphasize how much they truly care about all aspects of you as a person. I can't recommend them enough!
