Every time I go in everyone is so nice. I began my journey with a lot of lower back pain and after just 2 visits my pain level was next to nothing. The payment plan is also very affordable

My experience with The Joint Chiropractic was absolutely horrible. Even after I canceled my plan, they continued trying to charge me for a multi-month membership. It got so frustrating that I had to block the charges through my credit card company. The front office experience was terrible. Jessica was by far the worst to deal with, Madison was a close second, and corporate customer service was somehow even worse. Every interaction felt like they were doing the world a favor just by existing. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic customer service was unbelievable. The funniest part was being told, “We’re not a great fit.” After everything I went through, that was almost comical to hear. In my opinion, this is a really poorly run business with an even worse customer experience. I also personally don’t believe chiropractic care provides value for me, so this entire experience only reinforced that view. I would never recommend this place based on my experience.

They were great! Had me in and out in a very timely manner. The adjustment I got was exactly what I needed. The lady at the front desk were very polite and patient. I felt welcomed and will be coming back for my visits.

I recently needed further assistance from the management of Joint Chiopractic, and they jumped through hoops to accomodate my needs. In regards to the Chiopractic care, it was top notch. Very caring and concerned about ykur health needs. Highly recommend!

I’ve never written a review before, but I felt like I had to share this. I’ve dealt with lower back and sciatic nerve pain for almost 15 years. Over the past year, even sitting or standing for long periods became difficult. I’ve tried other chiropractors and physical therapy with no relief. I originally went to The Joint Chiropractic because of their first-time special and didn’t expect much. I don’t remember the doctor’s name, but she completely turned things around for me. She took the time to listen, was very thorough, and for the first time in a long time, I’m not constantly dealing with pain. I go about once a week now for adjustments. It’s quick and convenient, and I walk out feeling better every single time.
