Jessica at the front desk is so friendly! She's also very professional and made everything very clear to understand as far as my return options and billing options. I can't remember the Drs name but she was also fabulous. She explained what she was doing and why, what my options for treatment were. I left feeling looser and more relaxed than I have in a very long time. I will definitely be filling the treatment plan that was recommended.

Had my first visit today and my first adjustment. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Jessica checked me in and answered all my questions extensively. Dr. Ally did an amazing job for just one visit. She took plenty of time to explain everything and answered all my questions very well. Atmosphere is relaxing and very clean. I highly recommend the West Knoxville location.

Dr Erin is the best. We always chat about our progress and then she works me over in the best way. overall I am improving and will keep coming back. Jessica was kind and helpful. I appreciate the pleasant atmosphere.

It is a pleasant experience the minute you walk through the door. Jessica is quick with a smile and friendly hello. Erin provides essential effective treatment. I know what to expect when I come in. She is knowledgeable and ask me what areas she needs to pay special attention to. I feel that she really cares about her patients.And provides excellent care.

I just moved here from Texas. Almost 3 weeks ago and started my day off with a migraine. I Saw the same chiropractor for about nine years. When I was in Texas, so finding one locally was on my list of things to do once I settle in. My migraine wasn’t waiting for me to settle in.
