I was disappointed with my experience today because the information I received over the phone was very different from what is presented on the website. The website lists several conditions and services that the chiropractor can treat, so I called expecting to schedule an appointment after my primary care physician recommended chiropractic care. However, Felix informed me that they could not see me unless I was referred by an attorney. This requirement is not clearly stated anywhere on the website. To better understand the policy, I asked whether I could simply pay out of pocket for a basic chiropractic adjustment without involving insurance or an attorney. I was again told that they could not see me and that an attorney referral was still required, even for a simple cash pay adjustment. If the practice only accepts patients through attorney referrals, that policy should be clearly and prominently stated on the website. As it is currently presented, the website gives the impression that members of the public can schedule appointments for the listed services, which is misleading and creates unnecessary confusion for potential patients. My concern is not with having a specific policy. Every practice has the right to determine which patients it accepts. My concern is that the website does not accurately communicate that policy. Updating the website to clearly state that services are limited to attorney referred cases would help set appropriate expectations and prevent others from having the same confusing experience I had.

This is an amazing health clinic, I received the best treatment. The workers were very nice and always ready to help with anything. I really enjoyed my recovery service here.

Today was my last day coming in for treatment, and I have to say I am super thankful for the help I received!! Came in via my attorney after getting rear ended in February and from the start the ladies at the front desk showed a lot of hospitality and were friendly. I was given great care during every visit and the pain I came in for initially has gone away, would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of coming here for treatment!

I wanted to leave a review for the wonderful ladies at the reception desk. They are kind, attractive, and friendly. Always ready to help with a smile, they make my visits enjoyable and leave me feeling grateful to leave. However, these ladies here deserve recognition for their hard work and positive attitude.
