My experience with Dr. Shafran and his staff was top of the line. From the front office to the staff, everything ran like a well-oiled machine. Wait times were minimal and care was instantaneous. I was having major problems with my Achilles and the shockwave therapy that Dr. Shafran recommended worked wonders. I have had no problems since, and all the credit goes to the fine people at North Alabama Spine & Rehab. I highly recommend them.

My experience was excellent. The staff was very professional and treated you with dignity and respect. I would recommend the Physical Therapy agency to anyone. Dr. Adam and Dr. Greg were very helpful. The Technician, and the receptionist were also very helpful. What I like about this agency was that they explained everything to you as they went through the treatment. Dr. Adam also explained the process of my treatment and that was very helpful Thank you all for your service.
