Everyone at this establishment are really nice when I first started treatment for my first car accident. I was in another car accident not even two weeks later that involved my son in the second one. The ladies at the front are decent and nice. The doctors are very knowledgeable as I advised them on when I first started my treatment, however, the issue was once I received a bill in the mail for how much these treatments were, but I made sure to ask and clarify prior of how much treatments were when trying to stop treatment is when the problem began. I was lectured on how the adjuster for my claim wouldn’t find that very savory to say the least and I asked Dr. Kelly to elaborate what she meant by the adjuster wouldn’t like it. There was no type of explanation so that raised a red flag to me then the passive aggressiveness when trying to sign the paperwork to release me from treatment is in I know how and where to initial, but it was like it was just passive aggressiveness at this point because now the check that they were going to be getting for me was no longer gonna be not only did I get asked who I was speaking on the phone with as I had walked into the establishment on the phone that day and many other days, but today was a little different I was questioned of who I was on the phone with and was asked was I recording them why would I need to record you? However a guilty conscience always put themselves out there. I then ask for an itemized breakdown of how much each treatment was and although Miss Michelle is on the computer 98% of the time, I was told that no one there knew how to work the computers or print out any type of itemize information for me to see how much my treatments were but they could tell me how much they’ve totaled up to and they totaled up to a grand total of $3000 having over 19 treatments and my son $1400 after having 10 treatments not only was I not finished (quote on quote) with my treatment, but if the math serves me correctly after I would’ve proceeded to finish anywhere between 20 to even 30 treatments. I would be looking at a bill about six to $8000 so although the treatments served me well as far as pain I didn’t understand how my pelvic injury was going to be solved by putting or placing the wave therapy on me every day. How is that putting me back together nonetheless I told them to have a blessed day and I called my attorney immediately after.

absolutely amazing, doctor McKenzie has years of experience, is very informative of your care plan to get you healed, oh and the water message bed is absolute bliss. this is a older mom and pop establishment but I would take them over any new place any day 🙌🏽I'm in love with this place, if you want healing go to them they will fix you right up.

I absolutely love this empathetic, kind staff, they are the best. I have been a patient for a year they still treat me as if it were my first day! Please give them a chance if you are in pain and need relief, even if its not immediate I promise they will deliver, Dr. Kelly as well as Dr. Paul and the girls Ashley her team and anyone they put to handle your care will be sure to treat you like family.

My partner was in an accident and he has been going here since and has had nothing but good care from this office. The employees and doctors are great and have been very accommodating! This was our first time with this office and we will be back if we are needing anything else from them! Highly recommend!!

I have been going here since January because I was in an accident at the end of December. As soon as I walked in Dr. Kelly, Ashley and Michelle and other staff welcomed me with open arms and make each visit friendly. They make sure that you're comfortable and make sure you have everything you need. The staff hands down are the best. So if you're looking for a great chiropractor then you need to come here. The environment is clean and welcoming
