I have had bad experiences with chiropractors in the past and was very reluctant to have him adjust me. The first time was truly frightening but he was so calm and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Now.. I look forward to seeing him. He is very attentive and listens to all my concerns and needs. The massage chairs are a great addition too!!!. The office is clean , very friendly and they make you feel welcomed from beginning to end. You won’t regret giving him a try.

His knowledge in sports chiropractic is honestly amazing, and you can really feel the difference in the way he treats and explains everything. He doesn’t just do quick adjustments and send you on your way — he actually listens to what’s going on with your body and knows exactly how to target the problem areas. Working in the beauty industry doing lashes and makeup, my posture is constantly suffering. I spend long hours leaning over clients, sitting in awkward positions, and putting a lot of strain on my neck, shoulders, upper back, and lower back. There are days where I walk in feeling completely stiff, sore, exhausted, and honestly barely able to move comfortably. Every single time I leave after seeing Dr. Mark Herrera, I feel like a completely brand new person. It’s honestly crazy how much relief I feel after my appointments. What I appreciate the most is how knowledgeable and experienced he is. You can tell he truly understands the body, movement, recovery, and how to help people function better overall. His sports chiropractic approach has helped not only with pain relief but also with improving my mobility, tension, and overall daily comfort.
