I went to this place for my back and neck hurt after a car accident by an uninsured driver. I gave them the policy and they start the treatment without saying upfront payment. When my treatment about to be done, they requested a deposit from me to in case my insurance pays me directed. I am okay with that. Then after i finish my treatment, they sent the bill to the insurance, my insurance paid them directly so i called them to get back my deposit, they said the insurance does not cover the whole bill (they did not provide me the amount they received). So my initial deposit is gone. I asked them to contact my insurance to request for reconsideration but they said that it’s on my side to talk to them, and they sent me the deposit receipt to send to my insurance to request the reimburse.

Terrible place. They left my mom stuck in the office for 2 hours. They closed the building and they all left for the day and they left my mom in the treatment room locked inside the building. How does that even happen? I'm beyond upset. My mom had a panic attack inside there
