Never had a moment of back trouble until that moment arrived and I couldn't stand up or move on my own. It was a crazy feeling, especially considering I'm a yoga teacher! Turns out I'd been doing a few simple, normal life things that *in conjunction & over time* caused my spine to get out of alignment and that caused my sciatic nerve to hurt. It was a shock to see my own spine and neck so far out of proper alignment. I felt like I'd let my body down. I left after the first visit feeling noticeably better. I've been a couple times since and had the SoftWave treatments which also helped a lot with the pain in my hip. All in all, a big WIN for me!

I can't say enough good things about this practice. They are knowledgeable and patient centered. I came into the office with fatigue neuropathy, pain in practically every joint, and on too many prescriptions. I now am nearly pain and prescription free!

Gate city health is awesome. One of the smoothest running offices I've seen. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. There's no wait, EVER, they get you in and get you out. My treatment consists of a Decompression table. It stretches you to Decompress the disk. It feels amazing. And after a fes treatments, I have zero back pain. Zero " morning back" I can hop right out bed and get on with my day. And the technician who helps you with Decompression is Awesome. She takes the time to explain things, makes sure you understand what about to happen, and that you are comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend Gate City Health and thier Decompression tables for you back care needs.

I was greeted immediately, taken back after a minimal wait time, was explained what was going to happen,, Dr Preston was very detailed in his goals in solving my back pain and confident in the solution! It was my 1st visit to a chiropractor period and was a great experience!
